This is the proper time to raise this question. Because by now people might have come down from euphoria...😉
At the time of the Preeto-Ankurwedding, all the people in the forum were like
1. Khushi's way of handling things with the Groom's Mamami was so stupid
2. Look ASR the ruthless businessman whose pragmatic approach and businessl ike dealing won the situation for Khushi.
3. ASR did all this for Khushi' Khushi. He could not see his wife insulted by anyone. He could not see her unhappy because her friend's marriage was in danger...awww
Well, on Point 3 agreed! So no chappals please 😆😆😆
But I have strong disagreement on the first two points. And Request you consider my POV and then comment.
What if Ankur the Groom had NOT happened to be an AR Designs employee? What would have ASR done? He would have sulked in the background the whole day like he did before finding out that the groom was his employee. What if he did not have an upper hand in the situation at the first place? He did threaten Ankur with his job didn't he? And some people said, it was not a threat, as ASR had already said Ankur won't get his job back even if he marries Preeto. So there was no pressure on Ankur to do what he did!!!!! Ha! As if! I mean I too love Arnav a lot and Barun is my favorite actor, but I am not blind in love!!!!!!!!!!! I can see a threat for a threat.
I am not saying what Arnav did was wrong! No, he used the means that he possessed. It worked, well and Good. But what if he actually did not possess it? How would he handle the situation? I think he would not have got involved. Because ASR the ruthless manipulator steps in to win. And if Ankur was some unknown groom to him, he would NOT have got involved the way did. He might have even slapped the Mama Mami or insulted them for insulting his wife. But he COULD not have controlled the situation the way did... And then we would again go like...See he can't see Khushi being Insulted and he fought for her...AWWW😆
AND We would have been right of course. 😳
But look at Khushi, She spoke well with the groom's Mama Mami. Though was arguing, she was very polite, her voice was moderate, her tone pleading and appealing. Her points hitting home. She confronted the issue directly. And Someone said, she did not go to the rrot of the problem. Well, these Mamami Mami were not some relatives. They are practically the parents of the groom and Preeto would be living with them. Irrespective of what Ankur says and what stand he takes, these people were going to be a vital part of Preeto's life and they should have been made to understand that they were wrong. I found Khushi's attempt really worthwhile. ⭐️
And well, it had the ulta effect on the Groom's parents. They were about to call the wedding off...
If you ask me, who needs such anill meaning Sasural?Isn't it possiblethat Ankur did what he did under the pressure of ASR's threat and now to spite that, he along with his family will mistreat Preeto? In fact, if I understand people in general, this the VERY thing that would happen. Preeto would have been well off if this wedding had not happened...IS ASR going to keep a followup on Ankutr's marriage so that Preeto has a good life? Can he actually keep Ankur under a threat always? And what will happen if Ankur finds a new job and leaves ARD? What hold will Arnav have? N.I.L.
Well, I know Preeto's wedding is done and history. It's a side track that they used to show that ASR can go to any extent to see Khushi happy. That was achieved and done with. Ther is going to be no follow up on that now. Good for blessed girl Preeto. She has achieved her "HAPPILY EVER AFTER"😆
The whole contrast of styles made for a Good episode and Kudos to CV's for that. I loved that episode to bits. It is the reactions of people that I am writing about. not the Episode.
So IMO, Khushi's way handling the problem was much more better. I just wish, in a social context, not from serial POV, some elderly / authoritativeperson from the bride's side had the guts to speak out, Mama Mami would have had to consider...
