In lieu of a post for filler episodes I figured we could take a looong look into where the tracks are likely to branch out in coming weeks and months. The new tracks have just taken root since last week. What clues and hints are they giving us? The filler folks are most likely to be the Sax family once Prats returns to Niwas. So let's look at the tracks with some fuel in them to go places. Recent tracks are revealing POPS going all out to strip the masks off the faces of each character one by one, exposing the many hidden avatars in each of them that outs society's hidden evils through their characters.
GD: Her storyline is contingent on how far her beta and bahu go in their war of the roses. She is likely to butt in when SS or Takurain cross their limits. She has her eyes on SS's plans for Lady Ganga and will not tolerate anything inappropriate or even worse a sick agenda. She has warned him and accused him of crass behavior after his children have been married. SS in turn accused his family of having dirty minds filled with dirty thoughts. Today she gave SDS a piece of her mind one that was long overdue and to be applauded. It was candid and in she didn't hold back. At least someone who speaks the truth'.. now there's the tough, truthful Takurain for you.
KESAMMA: She finally spoke up y'day after a long time and that too to get SS to have his lunch while he anxiously awaited the arrival of his order of sweets. Her story line will expand once the baby comes and she is ready to collect her gift from SS. She will want to protect Kesar's interests in the family after the birth of the baby, especially if she delivers a baby girl. With Kesamma around Kesar is likely to be protected from the Takurs just in case they consider reverting back to their old ways. Her arrival, attention and love have brought out the better side in KN. Who wouldn't respond to some loving attention?
KATRA NARESH BABU SAKTHI SINGH/KESAR: A very nice bonding scene today between KN and Kesar rejoicing in their unborn baby until Kindle Komal shows up to ruin their happy, private moment, that too the first time we've ever seen them genuinely happy together. Who would have thought that this bayil buddhi was capable of such tenderness and pride about his coming offspring! He, like Krishna, also showed a nave side to his understanding about babies. History shows many a man has mellowed with the birth of their child. Children come into this world to teach their parents more about themselves than parents could ever teach their children. Let's see what this little bundle of joy will teach KN and Kesar.
The joy in Kesar's face at KN's reaction was priceless. Here is a woman who's life recently changed for the better, since her pregnancy that came about when KN forced himself on her. A beautiful trait in Kesar that every one in that family can learn from her is her capacity to not get stuck in what's wrong and terrible in her life but to see the brighter future of what could be even when life has been nothing but hell in the haveli for her. Even being buried alive didn't keep her feeling bitter for long or holding a grudge at anyone. When KN asked for an Nth chance to change she gave in though it was triggered by her mother's emotional blackmail and now happier times await this couple. Let's hope the birth of a baby girl with dark skin like Kesar doen't revive the terrible Takurs treatment of her to the fore again. It'll be a girl just to launch another PBJ moment. Vachan is going to be SS's potha and Krishna/Prats firstborn son acc' to viewers for a while now.
KOMAL AND ABSENTEE ADARSH: Since Adarsh took off for Dubai there's been no word or call from him, not to his family and not to his wife either. Komal mentioned missing him one time at dinnertime at the Niwas. Since then she has been the self-appointed police of everyone else at the Niwas. Who has she spared so far? No one! She told GD to back off praising and defending Prats, and unsolicited too. She took SS to task for bringing Lady Ganga home only to be told to back off and mind her own marriage. She stuck her nose in Krishna's life only to be shocked when she learns the truth about her mother. She doesn't seem to care or realize that she's the one who keyed Takurain to act on ousting Prats by terrorizing the Queen of Mean of losing her power in the family. She didn't think twice before rubbing it into her mother to reap her rewards for her acts and rekindling SDS's fear of losing her power yet again with two nemeses to deal with soon. Is Komal really that nave not realizing how her words impact other lives in the family or is she bored out of her brains with nothing else to occupy her that she has become the terrorizing Takurain twit, SDS, the next generation? She seems to feel no remorse for needling anyone and often seems heartless in her approach in sticking it to the one who's hurting at the moment. Sympathy and empathy are no longer a part of her.
KN finally reminded her not to be so overconfident about her husband being shareef as they tend to be deadlier than the unpud gawars like him. KN like the Krishna of early days doesn't hesitate to speak the truth candidly. Is this a hint at the return of Adarsh soon (probably a new face to keep things cool on the sets as Naina is going nowhere from the looks of it). The new Adarsh could turn out to be worse than her own father/bros giving Komal a major wake up call. Or will he revert to the same Adarsh once he realizes the errors of his ways that will only annoy her again. But something's got to wake her up and soon. She's hanging around her mother that's not a good influence on her. She does nothing to keep herself busy besides checking her belongings ever so often up in her room. No interest to learn anything while she is idling her time waiting for Adarsh? How about learning to knit from her mother at least or press GD's feet?
Today Kesar told Komal she'll have a baby soon too. This goes with Komal's demand of Adarsh to get her preggies so she has someone to keep her company until he returns three years later. Could it be that Adarsh returns home bec' she is preggies and royally ticked off by having to give up his dream job? Is Adarsh likely to get into trouble overseas needing SS's political clout to bail him out? Who is Komal going to turn to with all that's keeping the Takurs busy at the moment when her married life takes a nosedive.
SS/GANGA: Could it be that POPS may not have made up their minds yet about which way to go with this track without offending a majority of viewers who are returning after the bigamy fiasco track. SS's behavior is open to wide interpretations at the moment. He can be called a caring father figure as of Tuesday's episode.
The buzurg Takur is going all out to stick it to Takurain. The way the family reacts when he asked Ganga to sit in Takurain's chair, it's like he asked her to sit on his lap. It's a piece of furniture he asked her to sit on for goodness sake. He may genuinely be yearning for someone who will appreciate his big heart, someone he could take care of and be there to take care of his daytime needs. He has said his children are of no use to him. Y'day we saw SS calming a frightened child, protective and assuring of taking care of her and her family. He feels unappreciated burdened with a wife who is getting vile by the minute and destroying the peace within the family. Yet a smile from Ganga lights up his world. Funny how SS was enjoying his meal and encouraging Ganga to enjoy her treats while GD was giving SDS a piece of her mind and rejoicing in it. SS has such a repertoire of expressions that add value to the scenes esp. when he mocks someone's words repeating them in a mocking way.😆
Wednesday SS was either a sicko putting his moves on an unsuspecting teenager or getting in touch with his inner child trying to make Ganga happy. SS as a phedophile is a sickening scenario. Will viewers ever accept him the same way after seeing him in this sick avatar? Is SS a pervert slowly warming up an unsuspecting teenager to accept him as her paramour. When SS said he'd rather be her friend than her father it's sure to have raised the viewers hackles. His behavior today may be interpreted as a precursor to his future advances on the young girl. Pedophiles profiles a sleek operator who first take unsuspecting children into their confidence, get them to trust the perpetrator and trust them implicity before they take advantage of the unsuspecting young ones. Let's hope that's not where this Takur is heading. If POPS want to draw the attention to this issue they should avert from going too far as to turn the stomachs of viewers and chase them away to other channels in disgust. Krishna could step in and right the wrong that could happen ''..maybe that will assure Princess Prats that Krishna does know his rights from wrongs.
TAKURAIN/SS/GANGA TRIANGLE: Takurain's mask was recently stripped to show the world a sick, deadly viper of a woman, her Himalayan ego didn't mind ruining her son's life without regret. She justified plenty but never showed remorse. Takurain has been banished and she is not doing anything to mend fences with SS. Instead SS continues to annoy her pampering Ganga even more in her presence just to taunt her for her continued antagonistic attitude. One truth he did serve her today was she was already in pit of hell by her own actions there was no need for him to put her down any further. Takurain doesn't back off in this war of roses either. She is sure to set SS up big time. Failing to get SS to react, she directs her taunts at GD. This time GD doesn't back down. She gives her a tongue lash long overdue. She reminds Takurain to wait and see what her actions will reap in the future. Doesn't bode well for SDS. How worse can it get for the Takurain? She warned Krishna if he delays in bringing Prats back things would get hard and he's seeing it now.
Takurain has warned Ganga she'll make her life hell, worse than she did to get rid of Prats. With SS on her side will Ganga brave SDS's threats? Ganga is unafraid of SS. No one approves, not even his sons think his relationship with Ganga is a platonic one and suspect his intentions are dishonorable. But SS thinks the family just has a dirty mind. Is this track likely to escalate with Krishna and Prats stepping in to protect Ganga from the clutches of SS inadvertently saving Takurain's marriage? Let's hope Krishna has a bigger part in bringing this about than Prats. Her PBJ have become tiresome and viewers prefer a break from a solo ban jayees. When Krishna saves his parents' marriage he will be cheered on and approved of by audiences.
KRISHNA & PRATS (aka KRIYA): It's been two weeks of rootna-manana between Krishna and Prats. He tried it the way she would approve of'fessing up, apologizing and he did give her a heartfelt one. Shamu, Naina and Arusi approved of Krishna's attempts and believe he did it good faith. Even her own parents said she was making a big deal out of the issue. If she doesn't talk to Krishna how does she think she's ever going to resolve their differences and misunderstandings? She smacks his pleas to listen to him. She loves him so much that she's getting a thrill on her ego trip while kicking his fragile ego to the curbside. How wonderfully she expresses her love na? Bakwas!😛
Since his marriage to Prats Krishna has taken SS to task about a lot of things. He lives off SS's wealth yet has gradually grown to appreciate his father less and see his faults more. No wonder there is resentment for Prats in the Takurs's hearts for a woman who acc' to them uses and "abuses" their way of life leading their son by the nose to do her bidding. Nor has she attempted to mingle with them. Who or what is going to knock her off her high ziddi horse?
And you Krishna mind your self-respect and stop letting your wife trample on it whenever she feels like it. Your aatma-samaan is no less important than hers. Samjo ki nahi! You have yours too, or did you sell for a few drinks? Stop running circles around her. If she finds you not deserving of trust, faith or forgiveness go lick your emotional wounds in private and take Ganga for a spin on your bike. Then we'll see how much nakra your mehraroo shows you. Living under the same roof as Takurain, Prats learned nautanki too. When Takurain does it, it's call vile when Prats does it do we call it aatma-samaan?
As days passed by after she moved out of the Niwas she did her usual nakra and wants Krishna to pay for daring to affix his thumbprint on the talaak papers. Did she even care to sit down and ask him how he ended up doing it? Nope! She drew her own conclusions knowing fully well how far SDS would go to have it her way. She is giving him the runaround pretending to hate his antics while secretly loving that he is wooing her once again like old times. Which woman wouldn't like her man (the one she claims to love more than she does herself) to give her attention? He gave her a private apology and she claimed not to trust him. He went public with his song and dance and she stormed out. So he went back to private 'with the milkman avatar, she slammed the door on his face. He went for another public display of his love wearing a t-shirt with their hollimoon picture and putting them on a few mannequins to get her attention. She walks out on him when he begs her to listen to him just once. He sends her balloons through little kids and she accepts them with a smile only to let it all fly away the minute she realizes Krishna sent them to her. What immature and childish behavior!
So what is a man to do? She won't let him go for good (not that he'll let that happen, she knows it and thrives on it) and won't go back to him either. So it's no surprise Krishna decided to go for the ultimate, over the top dramatic in Krishna Singh style and is all set to go global '..maybe private and local (Public) wasn't good enough for Prats anymore. Will a live feed of his attempt to jump off the water tank tower going to suddenly rebirth her trust and faith in him? Look out! The junior Takurain is about to do a marathon run in her rush to stop her husband from splattering on the ground. Maybe she remembered her confession that she couldn't live without him once before. Prats's sudden return of faith and trust in Krishna doesn't sound logical but then when did marital conflict ever do when it gets into the ridiculous and senseless score keeping? Forget about trust lady! How different are you from unpud Krishna? You humiliate him in public too. Your pride is more important than giving him two minutes to talk to you? Get over yourself will ya, enough of this nautanki. It's getting too stale and you have bled the last nerve dry of many viewers.
Prats better mind her own marriage with Krishna and work on fixing the foundation of it first before going around meddling in other marriages. If anything this recent track has clearly shown that she has a long ways to go to understand what a healthy marriage is all about. She has so much to learn. And while you are at it, how about lightening up a little lady! Truth is you need to be more of a free spirit and live in joy the way Krishna did before you took on his reformation project. By your own admission you failed. So how about you make a few changes first? You set an example and meet him halfway and he's sure to follow without resistance, he won't even know he's changing. Give up the stiff upper lip, those blank stares, the flaring nostrils and general nakra "attitude" you show the Takurs that annoy the heck out of not just them but the viewers too.
Even your maike members finally admit that you need to loosen up a little. They voiced their disapproval of your attitude and over the top reaction to Krishna's attempts to save your marriage. For starters learn to laugh at yourself at least once in a while. We know it's tough! You'll get a sense of how the Takurs feel when you want them to have a personality transplant. Serious attitude all the time doesn't allow for fun in a marriage. Few men will stay on course like Krishna and not give up on their marriage. After a a few attempts they'd throw in the towel and say to heck with it and move on. Never take your spouse for granted especially when you are ziddi about having it your way, it's likely to blow up in your face when you least expect it. Why demand of others what you are unwilling to give yourself? Wise people have said "First, give freely that which you want in your life to othes, let things be, and it will come back to you willingly". They will do it willingly when you first do your part in balancing the equation in your relationship.
Krishna slit his wrists to get SS to agree to marrying Prats. Now once again he's ready to become roadkill to win her love. This sound like a desperate man who will hurt himself to get what he wants. Like mother like son, emotionally sick and Prats is playing mind games with him without helping him deal with his emotional issues in a healthier way. Krishna personality is one of extremes, how far is she willing to push to test his love for her?
She knows Krishna was played for a fool and conned by his own mother, something children don't except form their parents. She accepted he was not at fault. Even the thumbprint on that talaak papers were part of SDS's sick game. She wasn't there so she knows not what happened there. It's about time to drop the nautanki for she is not going to win this round with Krishna. Against his ziddi she is put an amateur and she knows it. For someone who detests that he makes a diraaama professing his love publicly, she is making it no less of a public spectacle by rejecting him private pleas to listen to him for a few minutes or even accept his heart felt apologizes. If she is hell bent on making him pay, do it in the privacy of your room and give him the cold shoulder for months, she's done that before should be a breeze. What is the need for this public tamaasha other than to go global? About time she admits she loves all this public display of his LUBALUB. The viewers are getting weary of this nautanki already.
KRISHNA & PRATS FOR GANGA: This is likely the next phase once Prats is back in the Niwas and sees the plight of Lady Ganga. She may take her time catching on to Takurain's treatment of the teenager and bide her time until the bell rings in her brain for a baashan to set the Takurs right. Krishna's could defend and protect Lady Ganga like a little sister as he teaches his family the difference between right and wrong. Let's give Prats a break on this one. Please POPS what say we see Krishna lead this BJ moment.
