So, whom is chachunder calling cuddlebum. Obviously, not Radhika who will smack him on his head. Is Dev listening to him and getting a misconception that chachunder is getting an idea.

Liked Dev's incredulous line to Kanika. When he was being proper Abhay, he was so rude to Kanika when she called him to find out about Radhika and pretended that she was concerned if he had eaten.

Cuddlebum is some random girl on the phone with whom Chachunder is flirting with....remember in that scene he was talking to some Meenaji and using his very good boy tone..😉.....Abhay has listened to the end part of the conversation between Radhika and Chachunder and thats why he is getting worried...........he knows that Radhika is desperate..........that she has no one to turn to and he also knows Chachunder......so thats why his protective instincts are now waking up. Now he is thinking as Abhay..........I am going to keep the initial characterisation of Abhay in mind while writing the script. So being Abhay he will be worried about Chachunders interest in Radhika but it will be later on when he will connect that to his own feelings and question it. Its not possible that Dev who was so possessive and protective of Radhika will loose his instinct when she is concerned.......since he has lost his memory he will not remember her but that instinct should be there. Actually in that scene for me it would have been better if chunnumunnu had shown Abhay overhearing Mataramji blasting off Radhika.......that why I mixed up the scenes from that episode. That would have again woken his protective instincts.

Regarding Kannika, Abhays incredulous behaviour and irritation towards her in the office scene goes perfectly well with his character........he was shown as shrewd and he should question it. So tha should also have pricked Abhay.

Just to reiterate that I watched the post-Dev death track very recently, also having in mind your comic strips and the efforts made by you to see Abhay differently with a sense of reasoning was awesome. Radhika-Abhay-Kanika interaction as long as they were in Agra was really good. After Abhay moved in with his additional baggage to PB his character was completely changed beyond recognition. Only the occasional bashing of Kanika was retained but the way he was a complete katputli at the hands of MR was horrible. The shrewd Abhay was so interesting, I hope they keep him interesting, smart and intelligent in this new edition.

The first step towards that is they have retained the Abhay look for DEv, hopefully they will keep his normal instincts and thought process intact.

starting of Abhay,s character was good.opposite to Dev,s boyish charm...Abhay was mature,.introvert,serious kind of person..Just wish they would have handled this track well and not caricatured Abhay,s character....Abhay radhika,s convo. is interesting...Keep going ....your comic strip is funny with Abay Radhika,s thoughts

Thanks Radha......Abhay bowing down to MR was completely opposite to what he was introduced as and they never explained his reasoning. Anyway as for this new series all I am hoping for is a multidimensional character who has the ability to think and act on his thoughts....but knowing Zee and its creatives I have doubts. So lets see what they are going to show.

Thanks Neerja for appreciating the comic script. Abhay had more layers in his character than Dev ever had and they knowingly ruined him.
