Abhay was uncomfortable sitting next to Karan with Tara was like watching paint dry. He wasn't giving anything back in return. Tara could see Abhay wasn't trying hard at all. Kid's and he didn't mix. He did after all terrorize many in his past during his soulless era. For that reason alone Abhay avoided kids like the plague. Kabir watches Abhay boring the life out od Karan and felt sorry for the little boy. While Kabir was being beaten by a kid half his age. He was having fun and it gave him time to be with the gang. Well Pia. She kept her distance. Kabir went t give Pia her gift wrapped in a box with the letter P on it. He thought it would b a cute touch. Pia handed it over to Pia who was thrilled by the gesture. Abhay noticed the look on Pia's face as she gave Kabir a hug. He clended his fists as Karan saw the shift in mood in Abhay's face.

Pia opens the gift to see the let P-It's so cute Kabir. Now i have my initial to go next to my Mom's. U are the best friend a girl could ever wish for. So U coming tho P3? U missed out on a good night yesterday. My training went with a few glitches. Worth a few laughs. Spilt some drinks on a guy luckily he was nice about it.

Kabir-Might see U there tonight. I haven't forgotten those riding lessons U wanted either. We start after the new year.

Pia-Oh Kabir! U really are the best. Can't wait. See U there.(Looks over at Abhay and Karan) I better go over there to put the boy out of his misery. Poor thing.

Pia heads towards Karan with a smile on her face sitting next to Karan extending her hand-I'm Pia. U are?

The boy looks at Pia curiously then watches Abhay's face stiffen up. Karan starts to warm up to Pia accepting her hand-I'm Karan.

Pia could see Abhay's icy exterior begin to soften-Well Karan. U sure have a really nice name. Suits U.

Karan liked the sound of Pia's voice. Friendly unlike Abhay's and this Tara-I like your name what's it stand for?

Pia smiles-Piyashree. It's a little long na. So how are U finding all these strange people in your orphanage?

Karan replies-A little overwhelming. Some seem nice (Looking towards Abhay and Tara) while others seem like they are forced here.

Pia gently sets the boy at ease-Some find it easy to get on with people while others struggle (Looking towards Abhay). This is out of their comfort zone. U want to play a game with Abhay. He's pretty good at sports. U can play with the foozball machine over there.

Karan-Won't U come and play?

Pia giggles-Trust me i suck at sports. I'm not a good match for U. I think U need someone with a little skill in this department than me.

Abhay bites back-So what is all this then coming over here? I never asked for your help. Is this what U think that i need help to talk to a kid?

Pia defensively tries to diffuse the situation-No i thought i'd try to ease U into it.

Abhay grimaces-U mean stick your oar in where it doesn't belong.

Pia warns him-This is for the kids. Don't make it about your bruised ego. Why does everything have to end up into a fight with U. Just enjoy the time U have here. Don't be such a grich.

Abhay stares Pia out-A Grinch. U calling me a Grinch?

Pia-Well quit being such a baby and get on with it. U really are too much. I'm leaving. Bye Karan. Hope i haven't spoilt your day.

With that Pia walks off towards Ananya. Karan gives Abhay the evil eye-Smooth. Very smooth Dude U really need to get a grip. The lady was only being friendly. U broke her feelings man. U never break a ladies feelings. it bites U in the a**. We call it Karma in the ashram. U better apologize to her man. She had a cute smile too. U really are a Grinch. Have U never smiled in your life before?

Abhay sarcastically-So now U find your voice. U talk to her and not me.

Karan-Mr U aren't exactly approachable with your steely eyes. What U trying to do stare me to death. What's with the attitude anyway? U want a nice girl like that being mean ain't going to cut it. She's too good for U anyway. Out of your league. She's well rid of U.

Tara annoyed with Karan-Hey kid that's enough now. Give him some slack. He's not used to kids. Actually neither of us are. Besides the guy's spoken for. She shouldn't have butted in.

Karan anwers back- Lady don't even get me started on U. U are both evil. Him for being nasty to Pia and U well i just don't like. Now if you'll excuse me I got some people i'd rather hang out with. Before i leave Abhay i'll leave U with a word of wisdom. Change your attitude man it stinks maybe then people might want to talk to U and crack a smile. Kids like a genuine smile. Adios amigo.

Karan follows Ananya and the other kids back to the Orphanage bidding adieus to the teens and the guests. Abhay headed to the Raichand Mansion. He was annoyed at everyone. Pia. Karan. Haseena. Chand. Misha. Tara giving him disapproval looks every so often. He wasn't in the mood for their chat. He got ready to hit P3. Check the club out where Pia was working. He didn't know she got a night job. He'd have advised her not to get it. Not that she'd listen she was going to avoid him now. Tara followed him dressed in a white mini dress and red lipstick. She was trying to get attention from someone alright. Abhay changed into his black attire and left for P3

P3 Club

Pia tried to put the events from the evening behind her. She wasn't going to let him ruin Christmas for her. She had to dress up in a red mini part of the Christmas promotional thing the Club had going on with her Santa hat. It matched the earring the Dobrial's had gifted her with. She had red shiny heeled shoes on which were treacherous t o walk in but it was part of the outfit. She appeared in front of the mirror. A bit much as she applied her red lip gloss. Pia walked to work in her flats much easier to walk in. Then as soon as she swiped in the club she took them off. Slipping into her heels and got straight into the party groove. The place was packed with some familiar faces in the crowd. Students from her College to uni leavers. The music was quite good and eclectic mix of English music to bollywood tracks. Remixes and some various artists. At least it wasn't heavily playing Christmas music they were starting to do her head in.

A punter-Hey sweets can i order a dozen tequilas please and one for yourself.

Pia gives him service with a smile as she gets the drinks on a tray and heads out to give the gang of friends their tequilas. She takes a shot of tequila for herself knocking it back. She was going to need it with all these people in here for dutch courage. Pia saw the entrance of Abhay with his friend Tara on his arm. She glared at the two and headed back to the bar. Did they have to be here? Pia continued to serve more customers smiling at them from time to time. She liked the whole feel of the night glowing with neon lights while the bodies of people dancing on the floor moved rhythmically to the beat of the music. It made Pia want to dance. Pia observed Abhay was chatting away with Tara while he'd give here a look when he thought she wasn't watching. Pia felt this was all childish. Abhay was very touchy feely with Tara making her mad. The song fireworks played. Pia had felt the fireworks go off in her brain. She shook her head imagining Abhay with her by her side. But he was over there with Tara laughing at her jokes no doubt. Finally Tracker arrives at the club.

Tracker eagerly give Pia a hug-Merry Christmas. I've been dying to come to this do since this morning. U look super Hot in that outfit. I wish i worse something like that to attract some guys Pia. Look at the turnout. Have U seen any hot guys Pia? Any will do. I'm sick of sitting alone at nights. Hai. I want someone to dance with me Pia. My luck is so bad. Wherever i look guys are just taken. I take so much effort in my appearance but i'm still single.

Pia smiles-Then your not alone then are U? I'm single too. I'm not complaining.

Tracker defends her plight-Hey U have Kabir after U. He's like your little puppy. He follows U everywhere. He really wants U back Pia.

Pia agrees with Tracker watchful of Abhay's eyes-I know but he know's i'm not interested in him. He's a good friend i don't want to lose that.

Tracker egging Pia-Well i want a date. U will be my date finder right? We can find hot guy's. They all seem to flock your direction.

Pia-U know what. I'm fed up of waiting for losers like Abhay. I mean i guess time to find some new guy. I think we need someone mature and sophisticated.

Tracker's eyes open wider-U mean older men?

Pia-No silly i mean rather than look for bad boys try find someone more grounded. Guy's in clubs are not the answer. U won't find anyone who really wants U for U. Don't U want that?

Tracker-I don't know for me anyone will do.

Pia gives Tracker blush cocktail-It's on my babes. Look everyone just wants fun. People dancing. Letting go. It's not a place to meet someone really is it. We socialize with who we know.

Tracker-That big guy over there sure likes U. He hasn't wavered from your direction.

Pia-Well he can stare all he likes doesn't bother me. See negative attention. He has some friends over there U can chat to them if U like. I advise against it though. They look like they'll go for any girl. Must've had too much to drink.

Tracker eyes them all one by one-He's cute with the purple jacket oh and him as well with the shades on.

Pia-U find all guys cute. Don't look at them anymore Tracker they are coming over here. Did U do something?

Tracker coyly admits-I might have winked at them.

Pia gives her a stern look of her disapproval-Not a good idea Tracker. We don't even have Kabir here. Or our resident gundhi Misha.

Tracker holds her ears with both hands-Sorry! I'm sure they won't do anything stupid.

Pia wasn't so sure. The guy with the shades arrives at the counter ordering drinks for his friends. The barman serves them taking their money while it's Pia's job to hand drinks over. She takes her tray over to their table and starts to leave.

Shades guy-I'm Addi and these are my friends John, Aarav, Arjun and Sam. Come sit have a drink with us boys.

Pia declines nervously-Sorry i'm on duty. Can't sit and chat. Got to get back to work.

She moves to walk away from the four men when they get up and stop her in her tracks. Addi holds Pia's arm in an attempt to stop her. Abhay watches Pia like a hawk. He didn't like where this was headed. Their hands on his Pia. Tara gave Abhay an unsympathetic look forcing him to let it play out.

Pia eyes Addi directly moving his hands off of her arm-Like i said I have work to do. Now please i'll be on my way. I have plenty of customers to tend to.

Addi whistles as Pia walks away. that was Pia's first dealing with a difficult customer. She didn't like him one bit. She thought she handles it well. She was back at the bar sending out more drinks. She saw Aarav come to the bar he appeared to be friendlier than his friend Addi. Only it was all a ruse to get Tracker to join them which she did despite Pia's warning. The girl was a law on herself. Should she keep an eye on her or leave her to it? Where were Kabir and Misha? So theres mistle toe above her head was the indication for Pia to give Aarav a little peck on the cheek which she did. she wasn't keen on doing it but part of the job was to follow rules

Arjun came up to the bar wanting winterbliss a Christmas special on the rocks. The men were getting rowdy. Abhay had his eyes focussed on Pia's every movement. He followed her all the way to their table. Tracker was getting drunk having a good time while Pia was concerned about the amounts her friend was consuming. She left the tray on the table.

Pia to Tracker-Ruhi i think you've had enough now. Come on i'd better take U to Kabir.

Pia bends down showing a little cleavage she immediately covers herself using Ruhi's body. The four guy's stare. Then Addi holds Pia round the waist. She let's go of Ruhi turning around.

John slurs-U seem uptight baby. Here take a swig of this forcing the drink down Pia's mouth while Addi hols her still.

Pia tries to push his arm away. she drinks a portion of the drink. Pia uses her heel to stamp on Addis foot to get away. she extends her arms over to Tracker and moves quickly over towards Abhay.

Pia pleads-Please Abhay i know U can't stand me. i'm fine with that but keep an eye on her while i call Kabir. U know i'd never ask if i didn't need help.

Abhay nods his head with Tara giving him glares. Pia on her mobile phone trying to get a connection from Kabir. Nothing. Misha nothing. Angad finally one person who picked up.

Pia-Hello Angad! Can U pick Tracker please she's in a bad state. Can U pick her up for me.

Abgad replies-I'm already at the club outside taking a smoke. I'll be there in a minute. Wait. Don't worry i'm on my way.

pIa-Thanks.

Pia is told to go get some Vodka bottles from the back with a crate of Gin and tequilla's. She uses her swiping card to go in the back. It's quite dark so she ends up looking for a switch. Pia walks in to the cellar and gets the crates ready on a little trolley while the barmen where busy serving up cocktails. Pia pushes the trolley out and see's Addi and his bulky friend Sam holding the door smirking with a hint of danger in their eyes. Pia looks around for help. The CCtv cameras. What the hell was going on here. She was doing the barmen's job. She was just the waitress.

Pia-What are U two doing? Only staff are allowed. U need to get out.

Sam chastising Pia-Or what? U going to scream! It's pretty loud out there U think anyone will hear U? Save U from us. Back there we didn't move thinking theres too many people but here is just perfect. Just U and the two of us.

Addi lambasts-U think i'd let a tart like U hit me and get away with it. No we need to teach U a lesson. U needs to know what the price is to mess with us. We lost out on your friend but U are the one we had our eyes set on.

Pia screams loud-Heeeeeeeeellllllppppp!!!! U guuy's just let me go. I don't want any part of this. I never even gave U any signals. Your drunk. U don't want to do this.

Sam laughs-Trust me we've been waiting for this the whole night. Only U were meant to be at ours.

Pia runs the other way trying to find a fire door. A way out screaming. She was shaking adrenaline kicking in. Panting out of fear. Panic set in. She pushed at the doors until Addi caught her hurtling her against the wall. Pia moaned in pain trying to fight her way out of this attack. She had to save her dignity. Pia got up and kicked him in the shin only for the bulky Sam to catch her. She struggled screaming away. Then she saw Abhay with his cold face in the dark. She could see the contours of his face in the shade. Pia didn't care how he got there just that he did. Abhay moved in super speed knocking the other guy out with a punch. He started kicking Sam until the guy was knocked out unconscious. Pia held on to Abhay to stop him from causing any more damage. Then Addi pleaded Abhay to leave him alone only Abhay gave a harsh slap against Addi's face several times and left him there. Pia held her tears back. Shaking from the shock. Her hair messy. Abhay picked Pia in his arms as she groaned in pain. He'd noticed the bruising beginning to show up. He could feel her trembling body. Abhay let the manager know about the incident with the two guys in the back and that he was taking Pia to see a specialist. Only thing was the specialist was Tara. Abhay could feel his guilt start to engulf him. Why did he listen to Tara? She told him Pia could handle herself only Abhay knew she was in trouble as soon as he'd seen the two of the twats enter the doors to the cellor. Abhay knew to follow her yet he didn't.

Abhay consoles Pia rocking her back and forth on the stool-U will be fine Pia. I've handled it. Listen Pia i'm taking U with me. i don't know if we should disturb anyone and worry them.

Pia nods with her tears streaming down. Her voice shaky-Just take me to the hostel i'll be fine.

Abhay-No i think your better off with me. i mean us. Tara will help won't U?

Tara through gritted teeth-Will I? I mean us. Sure after all U are a stranger. What more can i do with my time.

Pia assures Abhay she'll be fine-I've put U out enough. Just leave me i can go on my own. I don't need people rounding after me everytime i get in trouble. Don't look at me like that. i'm fine. It's just the aftermath of what happened.........

Abhay discerned by Pia-That's it U are coming with me not at my house but U can stay with Tara.

Tara protests-With me i don't know the girl.

Abhay-Then it's about time U did. Maybe then U can see why i see the things i see.

Pia-Can U stop the shouting it hurts.

Tara-She needs to see a professional.

Abhay-U have medical skills heal her at yours.

Tara-Like U healed her before. I know all about that Abhay.

Pia-Thank U Abhay for. If it wasn't for U i don't..... Tracker. Oh my God where is she?

Abhay annoyed-After what she put U through. She's with Angad. So don't go worrying about her.
