That being said, OMGOMGOMG! I loved the Kala-Dutta and later Kishore confrontation!! What freaking brilliance! If had enough energy and time to really dissect it, it would have been a treat (for me of course). But for now, I guess the touch-n-go mention will have to do.. *dejected muh*
And as always, especially now that I'm in a severely sleep deprived state, read at your own risk.. 😆
- LMAO! Did anyone find it absolutely hillarious how Baji had been given the task of pacifying both mothers while they went crazy with worry about thier kids? LOL! Kabhi Aayi Sahib, kabhi Baabi - the poor guy was running back and forth repeating the same dialogues that fell on ears-gone-deaf-with-worry.. It might just be the fact that I'm super sleepy but that had me in splits. Kahan Baji Rao's dream to be Dutta's right hand man - a macho figure; aur kahan Baji "Bhao" (as Babi called him), the "nanny" to the mothers while everyone else stared on like puppets.. 🤣
- In the last we saw of Kala yesterday, she'd been "rejected" by her mother - her manipulation fell on deaf ears. And this is why I am so not surprised that this time around she tried again and with just as much force. She came in with accusations ready for Nakku but as always, she did not forget to incorporate those around her! Her "Haina Aayi Sahib?" wasn't really there because she needed Aayi Sahib's approval or support. It was her way to "reeling" everyone else into her accusation and making them feel just as much responsible for "saying" the words as she was! Right from the beginning, she made sure that it didn't seem just like a rant - I honestly believe she came into this thinking that this would be one more of her manipulative sessions; she really had no clue how far off this would go.
- One thing about Kala's accusations that I've always noticed is that she always has a "story" to replace the confusion in everyone's head. The broken facts known by everyone in general are useless on their own. "Nakku with Supriya when the bomb went off..", "some guys coming to look for Nakku at the pooja.." and "Nakku being in love with Dutta Bhao" all seem so harmless on their own - but put them together in a treacherous story and they seem as plausible and vindictive as anything can be! In a similar way, taking Nakku's rejection, her previous "alleged" betrayal of Dutta and her disappearance now and "merging" it together in a story about how Nakku was toying with Dutta's emotions as revenge fro her insults - now that is brilliant. Why you ask? Because broken facts leave room for doubt and subsequently for forgiveness. But give someone a plausible "story", plant the seeds of doubt in their mind and that is all it takes to refute any claim's authenticity OR make it seem like it was part of the "plan". She got people to believe in the "guilty until proven innocent" verdict before and I feel that's what she was trying to do here again - give them a reason (a story) to believe that Nakku is still "evil".
- *sigh* Dutta, Dutta, Dutta. I cannot - no, I will not be able to sit and dissect him today (as much as I would want to otherwise! I mean his smirks and the waves of realizations that flowed over his face were a sign of sheer brilliance - but meri phooti kismat and lack of time along with long-overdue sleep doesn't allow me to sit and dissect any more). BUT I will definitely say this much for him. When he walked in to the home and heard Kala bad mouth Nakku, he was enraged at her insults! He was enraged at Nakku being disrespect - NO one else has the right to question Nakku. No one! *sigh* If that wasn't a show of his primal male instincts to protect and a show of territorial-ism when it comes to his wife then I don't know what was. HE can say what he wants, when he wants to Nakku - but if anyone else dares to do the same he'll rip their metaphorical head off! *sigh* But then as Kala kept at it (I will get to her below), he finally stopped being angry at her FOR Nakku and started being upset with her for her own lack of character. He started off as being defensive for Nakku but by the time it ended, he was absolutely livid at her solely because of what she'd said. She'd insulted Nakku time and again and SHE had been out of HER own character - and THAT threw Dutta off. It pissed him off to see her go so off - as if he didn't have enough "confusion" as it is, now his Tayi goes loony on him to? I can totally see why he reacted the way he did - although I realize I might not have been able to explain it in entirety above... *yawns* *thinks "Must go on, must go on!"*
- Ah.. Kalavati... *sigh* Where do I even begin with you and what do I even say. What started as a manipulation tactic quickly spiraled out of control the minute Dutta walked in. She used Nakku as a scapegoat like she had so many times - but this time she underestimated Nakku's importance in Dutta's life (mainly because she didn't want to accept that her strong hold on him had been reduced for good). So she kept going at it - when he told her to back off, she pushed harder. When he asked her to mind her own business, she prodded further. But I feel the final straw that made her lash out without inhibition was the fact that her two "pawns" - her sisters Leela and Roops - tries to PACIFY Dutta instead of take her side! And THAT just did it. Every other word out of her mouth after that was a direct and intentional jab at Dutta - if Dutta's offense to everything she'd said earlier had caught her off guard, she was absolutely ready to offend him this time. Heck I think she was TRYING to take shots at him. FINALLY I get to see that "weak" side in Kalavati - that flawed side. And I loved it! Finally I see her breaking point - a point where she feels "alone" and without power and so she goes on the offense with destructive outcomes. And it is in this fit of offensive fury that she accuses Aayi Sahib of causing "all this"! Because Aayi Sahib is also taking Dutta's side over her - preferring Dutta's "protection" over her happiness! How dare she?! - she thinks (most likely). But when Dutta tells her to back off Aayi Sahib, that's when I feel she gets a hold of her self and goes back to make one FINAL attempt to manipulate everyone - she tries to tell everyone that this argument between Dutta and her was caused by Nakusha; that it was no fault of her own. But when Dutta and Aayi Sahib don't buy the story she's trying to feed, you can see the incredulous shock of rejection spread her face. She finally understand that she's lost this round - that there is nothing more she can do to salvage it at the moment.
- I don't know what else to say about Dutta other than - *ahem* *clears throat* - The man is so FIERCELY protective about the women he loves! Nakku is OFF limits, as is Aayi Sahib! There is no questioning it - no debating it! *sigh* What do I need to do to get on that list? *thinks hard* 🤣
- You know, maybe it's just me and biased opinion, but when Kala's talking to everyone else she's always in control. It can be anyone - Leela, Roops, Dutta, Babi. No matter who it might be and no matter how badly she might be losing the "round", she's always fighting back; always trying to figure out her next step. But with Kishore, she almost seems vulnerable. With him, she seems to let her guard down (this is not to say that it makes things "easier" for Kishore but just that it shows a unique bond shared between these two). When Kishore tries to take a stab at her at a time when she feels unable to handle it, she doesn't just man up - No, she tries to let him know with that absolutely (sincere, at least to me) vulnerable and fragile expression - as if she's trying to tell him "Not right now Kishore, not this instance". *sigh* How I would love to see something normal between these two - they compliment each other even as they face off and they seem to share something so special even as they aren't really "together. Of course this could all just be a figment of my imagination mixed with my sleep depravity.
- The last big thing that I will probably talk about before I head off to bed (I really am dozing off now.. *embarrassed muh*) is Kishore - I mean WOW! *takes deep breath* Here's a man that's been deprived of his wife and a normal married life - he's been insulted and ridiculed for years and years. For any other person, it would have broken their spirit and made them lose hope. But with Kishore, it makes him stronger and more rational. With every blow to his heart, he learns to feel other people's pain instead of being vindictive against them for not "saving" him. And that is why, now when Nakku's been insulted enough, Aayi Sahib's been blamed enough and Dutta's been challenged/conned enough, he stands up. Because now HE has had enough! He will speak up - irrespective of the consequences - and a man that fears no loss is one who should be feared deeply. *cheers some more like a school girl* Go Kishore! You man up and break free! *whispers discreetly* *pssst* I'm sure Aisha's waiting for you on the other side! 🤣
*heads off to bed and passes out as she tries to log off*
