August 9th 2010 Written Update - 1 HOUR SPECIAL
Both Kabir and Jyoti are getting ready at the hall where the wedding is taking place. Kabir sends Asha and Bhavri off to Jyoti to pass on a note he has for her. Jyoti is happy on reading the note and imagines Kabir there.
Kabir enters the main hall and takes blessings from all the elders. He sits down at the mandap and Vikrant goes to call Jyoti. Chachi asks RP what he's planned for Jyoti, but he gets called aside by someone else. In Jyoti's room, Asha and Bhavri help with Jyoti's jewelry. Jyoti asks Poonam about Rashmi, who is missing. While Vikrant is on his way to Jyoti's room, he gets a call from Rashmi. She tells him that today she has to meet him, otherwise... He doesn't let her complete and he tells her that he doesn't care what she does because he's at his brother's wedding. He hangs up and goes into Jyoti's room to take her to the mandap. He takes Jyoti, but on their way, Rashmi calls Jyoti's cell. Vikrant grabs the phone from her and hands it to Poonam. Rashmi tells Poonam that she's still looking for a gift, and Poonam tells her to reach there by the reception atleast.
Jyoti enters the hall and takes blessings. Kabir helps her onto the mandap and the marriage begins. Chachi looks on at RP, angrily. The pheres take place, and Chachi urges RP to do something. He tells her to save some flowers for Jyoti's funeral, because Jyoti's doli will not reach the haveli. Kabir puts the mangulsutra around Jyoti's neck and sindoor, and the marriage is complete. Jyoti imagines KK there as she takes blessings from all. RP calls his hitman and tells him to be here before the doli leaves. He asks Samer to call Karan's family (from PKCM) and ask if they've left for the reception yet.
(PKCM scene plays, not going to go into detail) The scene changes and some guy with a gun is shown and he says that this shot is meant for a certain person today. (unclear whether is referring to Jyoti or someone from PKCM) Meanwhile at the hall, Karan's family reaches there and congratulates Jyoti and Kabir. Brij also arrives with Sushma to congratulate them. Vikrant announces Roshni Chopra's performance, who enters and dances on Aaja Nachle and Chane Ke Khet Mein. A hitman reaches the hall, and calls someone on the phone, alerting them on their arrival.
Chachi asks if there is no one on Jyoti's side of the family who will perform. Poonam takes up the challenge and drags Deepu on stage too. Poonam and Deepu perform on Yeh Ladki Hai Allah and Sushma and Brij perform on Leja Leja. Bhavri is dancing by herself off to the side😆. Meanwhile, the hitman takes out his gun from the case. Rashmi reaches the reception hall. After their performance, Poonam comments on how no one has danced from their side yet. Vikrant volunteers and performs on Wah Wah Ramji (ironic😆). Rashmi enters seeing this, and runs away from there. She thinks to herself that she doesn't want to ruin Jyoti's married life, and leaves the hall. The couple from PKCM performs on Soniye, and then calls Jyoti-Kabir to dance. They dance on Teri Ore. We can see the hitman aiming at Jyoti and the girl from PKCM (it also seems as if there are 2 people shooting, not sure). A shot goes off and everyone scatters. End.
Comments: I'm not sure if I'm the only one who thought so, but I really feel like there were 2 gunmen at the reception today. While the PKCM couple were dancing, there was someone aiming at them, and also while Jyoti-Kabir were on stage together. Rashmi clearly left the hall after realizing who Vikrant is, so its not possible that she got shot. Also, Poonam seemed visibly happy today... no prizes to guess why😆
