Aamir Khan has been quite a busy man these days driving the promotional bandwagon in overdrive of late.
The usually elusive, private and camera shy Khan has been all over the news channels off late passionately promoting his earthy home production Peepli LIVE. The film which premiered at this year's Sundance Film Festival to much acclaim and recognition is set for Aug 13 release.
While the film promises to be quite the cinematic treat, the question on everyone's lips has been 'When will Aamir return to the screen?' Well, we may just have the answer for you.
Recently, when appearing alongside director Rajkumar Hirani and co-star Sharman Joshi on Sony TV's popular musical show Indian Idol to mark the television premiere of Indian cinema's biggest blockbuster, 3 Idiots Aamir let it slip to journalists that wife Kiran Rao's directorial debut could be heading to this year's Toronto International Film festival.
If true, this wouldn't be the first appearance of an Aamir film at the festival. In 2001, Ashutosh Gowariker's Aamir Khan starrer Lagaan premiered at the festival.
