Lovely OS Annie..

The baby's parents were found and she was safely home......the entire fiasco has ended in a joke.

Life was getting back to normal for all, except Mayank and Nupur. Irrelevant of the way he behaved during the entire fiasco, Mayank was extremely hurt that Nupur didnt trust him.Apart from this, there were other things annoying him.His self respect and values his mother ingrained in him, were most important to him, and he realised thet somewhere , he just lost his true self with the gang. He acted the way he wudnt have and mostly forgot his responsibilities.

Nupur, on the other hand was feeling extremely guilty. She knew she has crossed all her limits this time, and acted like a hitler with her husband. Maybe the whole Bauji and Gunjna thing has made her less trusting about people in her life, but still that was no excuse. She knew Mayank was hurt ,and she didnt know what to do.Usually they fought and shouted at each other, and then things would be ok, but now Mayank wasnt responding at all.

She sat looking at him studying. He had woken up early and made coffee for her as a routine and then went back to his books. As she sipped world's best coffee, she tried thinking of ways to get her husband come around.Suddenly she got up with a smile, and went to freshen up. She came out of the bathroom, with her wet hair tied in a towel.
She stood very close to Mayank and started drying her hair, making sure that a few drops fall on him. She knew that would irritate him, but Mayank just got up and said " main nahane jaa raha hoon".....
Nupur looked at his retreating back, but she hadnt given up yet. She will make him angry so that he can vent out his frustration.
She took out several dresses of hers and dumped them on the bed. she also threw her wet towel carelessly on the bed, as she knew that her cleanliness freak husband, didnt like mess, especially on bed.

Nupur just kept looking as he went out of the door, she knew it was all her fault. She has hurt him and badly. Sadly she cleaned the house and went to college.

She didnt see Mayank the wholde day, as he was busy with work, or maybe avoiding her. She didnt know. She was hurt, upset and angry at herself for doing this to the person who loved her most in this world.

Gunjan saw her sullen face , and asked whats wrong. She was about to tell, but then just shook her head and walked away. She had decided, that from now onwards, everything between her and Mayank, will be their personal matter.

She came back home, all dejected and was thinking what to cook, when an idea struck her. Quickly she dialed a number and waited impatiently while the person at the other end, take the call.

"hello, Nupur"......came a motherly voice........"maa, kaisi hain aap"......Nupur asked Mayank's momand now hers too......"main to thik hun, aur tum.....? Mayu zyada pareshan to nahi karta na, tum uski shikayat mujhe kar sakti ho....."---Shilpa Sharma adoringly told her lovely daughter in law.
Nupur bit her lips to stop from crying and said "Nahin maa, Mayank nahin, main use pareshan karti hun, mujhe aap se uski favorite karele ki sabzi ki recipe puchni thi".....
Shilpa smiled and told her the recipe. After noting down the recipe and a little more teasing from her Maa, Nupur kept the phone down, and got on with work.

Mayank came back, pretty late at night, he had been studying in library lately. He knew he has been avoiding Nupur, but he needed time, to let his wounds heal.He walked in to see, his wife, watching something on TV. She looked up as he walked in, and quickly switched off the TV, which surprised him, but he kept quiet."Mayank, tum aa gaye,jaldi se fresh ho jao , main khana laga deti hun" Nupur happily told him, to which he replied with a nod.

They sat down for dinner, and Mayank was suprised to see karela. He took a bite, and immediately knew, whose recipe it was. He turned to Nupur and asked......"tumne maa se baat ki thi?" She replied "haan, unse ye recipe li, tumhe pasand hai na? kaisi hai"He smiled a bit, but then said " thik hai" and resumed eating quietly. Nupur was totally shaken, she didnt knw what to do as they ate in silence.

But she hugged him, before he turned and said " i m sorry Mayank, please mujhe maaf kar do, i m really sorry".........He held her back, the distant look was back in his eyes...he left her and went to get the first aid box. He made her sit down and started cleaning her wound.
She said " Mayank, kya tum mujhse baat nahi karoge, i m sorry , main jaanti hun meri galti...........""Nahi Nupur" he cut her off......."galti to meri hai,main tumhare layak hi nahin hun, tumhare Bauji sahi the"......

But he again cuts her off and said " Nupur, jab tumhe hi mujhpe trust nahi hai to , Bauji kaise karenge. "

Nupur looked at him and said ......"Mayank aisa nahi hai, wo halat hi kuch aise the, main jaanti hun ki main galat thi, par tumhe bhi to ek baar laga ki tumne galti ki hai"....

Nupur looked distressed, she held his hands, and said......." please Mayank, main jaanti hun, maine galat kiya, par hamari shaadi ke baat jo bhi Bauji aur Gunjan ke saath hua, usse mujhe dar lagne laga, apno ko kho dene ka aur mujhe Raj nahi chahiye, sirf aur sirf Mayank, kyunki wo mere liye perfect hai.........."

Mayanak held her hand tightly and said " Main tumhe chod ke kahin nahin jaunga Nupur, meri mein tumhare aur Maa ke siwa hai hi kaun"............

To this Nupur smiled and said......." I m sory Mayank " and then thinking something added, " dil se sorry, duniya mein jitne sorry hain, saare sorry".........

He smiled widely and took her in his arms, and said " I love u Nupur"..............and she just smiled blissfully.
