well this r basically classics....i apparently like Rashomon a lot bcoz of its intriguing plot and the "what's the truth" n "whom to beleive" elements a lot..gives the audience a lot of scope to analyze and speculate!as for tokyo story its a very simple tale of a middleclass japanese famly of parents growing old, children moving out ...etc. but well told .very simple an dplain film but gives u so much insight into the human mind!
