Congratulations on our third CC😃
This is a gang well not really a gang it is a family of truly amazing members, we found eachother in the rakhi ka swayamwar thread and now we are a big family. We can't live without eachother. We talk abt our daily lives, recipes, remedies and all things random and possible. Our thread got closed at 800 some pages so I had to create this other club so we have a place to meet.
Yay, official thread. Chits discussion tum ne kaisa likha hai. haha😆 Thanks for making this. Now it will be so much easier to see where I can find you and talk to you guys.

Member's Role:

Gang Moderator (GM): Chits aka Chitra [She is the Head Incharge for the "DKD" Gang and its Conducts. She should see that every member is present and the time of Important Discussions, Chats, Party and Events. if members are absent more than 3 days, she should inform them via PM - the reason to why they are absent? She is the Main Leader of the Gang and has 'Right to Speak and Act' over/on Everything. She is the Key Responsible Person and therefore, should see to it, that "DKDG" enjoy the Forum Milieu and also within itself (Gang)].

Gang Supervisor (GS): Gayatri aka Ani [She is Head Incharge of Checking over every member's Posts and Comments. Incase, she come across a post or a comment that is Unfriendly and spreading Negative Vibes among members like; Racist comments, Mocking/Deliberate Sarcastic comments over other member's Personal matters/things.. etc.., she has the Right to stop that person. She MUST Immediately inform that person by sending her Mail or PM. She is also Incharge of taking over the "DKD" Gang, when GM is not available or on Sick Leave (Consent Needed)].

Gang Organizer and Responsible Member (GOR): DD aka Tanaz [She is Head Incharge of Organizing Festival Events, Party, Functions, Announcements and other Activities. She is Responsible to see that all the members are present at the time of Events, Functions, Etc... She, in Good Time, should inform all the members regarding upcoming Events and Activities, and see to it that a Well Preprations has been done in Beforehand. Assistant Organizer (AOU) should be a helping hand to GOR. Incase, the Gang Organizer is absent, AOU can take over the Role of GOR (Consent Needed)].

Assistant Organizer and Updater (AOU): Pink aka Monica [She is Head Incharge of Updating Posts and Comments. She HAS to inform when and at what time the new Showz are to be Showcased and Aired. She should keep on Updating the members regarding the New Showz, Happenings and Gossips on Indian Television, either on Thread or Via PM (if that particular member is not aware of it). She must also keep a SPY Eye on all the Happenings going on and around India-Forum and keep on Updating the Members about it. She can also Act as a Thread Opener (GM should be aware of it in beforehand). She is also a helping hand to GOR (when Required)].

Creative Member (CM): Nosh aka Noshin [She is Incharge of making the Home / Thread look Good and Beautiful by Colourful Pictures, Emots, Banners, etc... She can start an Activity or a Game, when she feel/think is Needed to make Member's Active and Enjoyable. She is a Helping Hand to AOU and should assist when asked for. She is free to come up with New Ideas and Creative Stuffs and make it into Realty. Her Support will be Needed to AOU at the time of Festival Events and Parties].

Here comes the Rulez/Guidelines for "DKD" Gang. It's better to have it, because it will help to Construct our Friendly Relations, and at the same time it will provide us Guidance. 😊

1. All the members of "DKD" should be Respected equally irrespective of their Religion, Food, Language, Caste and Culture.

2. Members are absolutely not allowed to MOCK or Make FUN of other member's personal and private affairs example; Their Idols, Private Pictures, Relations, etc....(Exception: ONLY if the FRONT person allows you to do so, you MUST have her "consent" FIRST).

3. No Racist comments or Discrimination allowed. If a member continue to do so, she will get a "warning" by the Supervisor via PM.

4. All the Adult comments/posts MUST be marked as "Adult Content", should be in Red ink and have to be Underlined. No member under 22 yrs of age should read it..and specially if the member is not married or committed. Please SKIP such posts.

5. "Patience" and "Tolerance" is highly required in each member, without these qualities you may not enjoy or feel comfortable being a part av "DKD" member.

6. Very Imp: Each member should act as "Cement" spreading friendly words and bringing all the members close. We believe in "Building Relations in good terms" rather than acting as "OIL" in Fire.

7. Very Important: If A member of 'US' is attacked by the outer member and she is under Verbal molestation like; verbal abuses and bad languages. "DKD" Gang must IMMEDIATELY respond to it and stop that "Verbal Raper" and protect OUR "Victim" Member.

8. Lord Forbid, but incase, there will be any DISPUTE between the 2 members or in the group. The matter must be QUICKLY RESOLVED, either by "Gang Moderator (GM)" or "Responsible Leader (RL)" .

9. Incase, any new member want to join our Gang, there will be a voting system to decide, whether or not to accept that particular member.

10. There is a "LIKE" button under each post. Use "only" if you think, that particular Post Deserves it. The member, whose post gets 4 LIKE(S) will be crowned as " The member with the Best Post".

11. Any new member wanting to enter our CC has to be at least 17 years of age.

12. Any new member who wants to enter has to post their name and information our group members will vote and decide if you would be a good addition to our CC.
