Part 1
There is an empty office.. just one dude is there... he is seeing some files.. another person enters.. and sees all inside out.. the first man feels someone is there and checks but he finds no one so no problem... he continues to work.. he goes into a cabin and there he ons a recorder and starts recording what is to be done to certain files.. and then the second man starts walking towards the cabin... he then whistles as he enters the cabin.. the first man is scared.. he says what are you doing here? What do you want? You want money? but then the second man takes a knife and kills the first man.. the recorder falls...
CID comes.. the dead man is Rakesh.. he was plunged once onto his chest... Daya says must be a professional killer.. Abhi asks the staff why was Rakesh here and his sectretary tells that Rakesh was here to work some papers and Rakesh always recorded what was to be done to papers in a dictaphone so she could come in the morning check it and do the needful... CID looks for the dictaphone and it was beneath a table.. they take it out.. and listen.. there is someone whistling and then the same thing what all Rakesh said...
Freddie says must be a guy for gals cant whistle like that.. Anushka whistles and so it can be a girl too.. Daya says as far as he knows he hasnt heard this tune at all.. Abhi says how can you be so sure?? And Daya says that maybe not 100% sure bt he does hear to many songs.. old new, all kinds... So they decide that the tune is not popular atleast and so decide to visit a music expert..
they visit a shop and the man there tells he doesnt know the tune.. he says that maybe this can be a tune as there are so many music companies coming up daily.. and each gets a music director from somewhere.. and so there can be a new tune he knows not of.. he then suggests them to go to the radio stations.. they have a record of all old and new songs and even the new albums are sent to them for publicity...
Abhi and Daya go to a music station.. the RJ there plays the tune and asks the listeners to call her if they have heard the show.. she then tells Abhi and Daya that she will let them know if she gets a response.. Daya and Abhi leave..
In the bureau, Freddie is playing the whistle and Daya and he are listening to it.. Freddie stops the cassette as the whistle ends and Daya asks to let it play.. it might have caught something as it was playing the whole night... Freddie does so.. and then after a little while.. they hear the door close and even after that they hear someone speak something.. first they replay it to make sure that there is a sound.. and then Daya replays it by first modifing the output voice and then they hear 'camera phone ki jai'.. and hence Daya concludes that there was some 3rd person there for sure in the room...
Daya concludes there needs to be a 3rd person.. he calls Abhi and tells Abhi 'Camera phn ki jai' Abhi is in car with Anushka.. Abhi says gud work.. and then they are going.. Abhi tells Anushka and then he gets a call.. the RJ tells her that a girl called who knew the tune.. her name was Preeti and she was in a recording studio at the moment and gives the address of the girl..
Daya and Freddie go there.. and Daya says that whoever was here didnt have gud intentions.. and then he must be hidden somewhere for else Rakesh must have called him for help and then Daya sees an almirah.. the only place where one could hide.. Daya tries to do it again.. he hides and takes his camera and asks Freddie to enact the murderer... Daya says the 3rd person took the pic and will blackmail the killer.. bt the question is where did he go and how will they find him? And then they begin searching everywhere... in the office for clues...
Daya chks in the cabin and Freddie outside... then Daya too comes out to search.. Daya is chking the dustbins when Freddie calls.. Freddie found gloves in another dustbin.. must be the murderers or what were they doing in a builders office?? Daya says it has to be the 3rd persons for else they should have blood...
ACP, Abhi and Anoushka enter the office... they ask for Ms Preeti.. and they say room number 103.. Abhi goes and calls her from the room.. ACP is out.. he asks where did she hear the tune? And she tells that she heard it in the studio the last day while working.. she works in an ad company and visits here often and it was a sweet tune and so just stayed on... She doesnt knw from where it was coming.. she then showed where she was when she heard the tune.. ACP says that as the recording studios are sound proof so how can she hear the tune? So she tells that she was coming out... to do a call and so she heard it.. ACP says stand where you were that day and we shall play the tune opening the door of each room one by one and so she can tell what she heard was like... Preeti isnt really glad to do it... bt she does it... Anoushka plays the tune and Abhi opens the door for her... how sweet..
Finally Preeti recalls from where she heard the tune... a guy and a gal were standing there and so the door was open..
ACP asked the manager who were in room number 4 and whatever the manager said wasnt audible bt it was something for ACP and ABhi were shocked.. they ask where will these people be now? and then they leave... a band is performing somewhere and CID comes there.. and then suddenly a man enters the stage is singing the same tune.. he is Baba Sehgal... we see a flashback showing Baba Sehgal as the same guy who killed Rakesh...
and the show ends!!
