| Sach Ka Saamna ' the newest reality show that will soon be aired on Star Plus ' is already being much-talked about. And not just the masses, even
the celebrities can't wait to see what secrets will tumble out of the closet... Aamir Ali What do you think of the concept of Sach Ka Saamna? It's a very scary concept. To reveal all your secrets is what nightmares are made of and imagine doing that on national television. There are some secrets that none of us want anyone to know. I would think really hard, before I agree on doing something like this. Who will you want to see on this game show and why? I would like to see Narendra Modi in the hot seat. There's a lot that hasn't been said. Maybe people will get to know him better. Do you think a concept like this will work in India? It will work if the questions asked are interesting. They'll have to follow the international format and ask questions that are naughty. With interesting people and right questions it will definitely work. Shruti Seth What do you think of the concept of Sach Ka Saamna? I think it's a different concept. People are going to love it. Personally, I wouldn't have to be offered really big money to reveal all my secrets in front of millions of viewers. Who will you want to see on this game show and why? Any politician. I think people will get to hear some great stories on corruption. Do you think a concept like this will work in India? I am sure it will. It will have a very voyeuristic style and people are going to lap it up. I think everyone likes to hear others' secrets and sit in judgement. I think it makes one feel better. Kashmira Shah What do you think of the concept of Sach Ka Saamna? It would be very difficult and yes, it does need a lot of courage to go and speak the truth in front of your friends and family members. Who will you want to see on this game show and why? Shiney Ahuja! And I guess everybody knows why. Do you think a concept like this will work in India? Yes, it will work because the world-over, people have a peeping-tom syndrome. They would love to see what has really happened in people's lives, especially celebrities. I might know some people as stars, but would like to see what they are really as human beings. Shubha Mudgal What do you think of the concept of Sach Ka Saamna? I guess this would have to be one of the most difficult shows one can imagine. It's hard enough to have the courage and strength to speak the truth, but imagine having to face the truth in public! That requires even more courage! Who will you want to see on this game show and why? Narendra Modi, Parvez Musharraf and Abdul Karim Telgi. Do you think a concept like this will work in India? For a nation whose people have accepted lies and corruption all too passively at times, perhaps it is a good idea to remind them of the courage and conviction required to be true. |
