Celeb daughters on their dads

I am the youngest in my family and needless to say my father (Jehangir Irani) pampered me the most. I still remember how my father used to take all of us out of town, at least once a year, every year. This was a regular practice till recently, but with two of my siblings moving overseas and my work schedules becoming erratic it has become very difficult now. My father always gave me full independence to do what I wanted – in fact both my parents told us that we were free to study and do what we wanted as long as we were enjoying it. It was a great boon for us.

I don't really feel the need to celebrate Father's Day and Mother's Day separately. But at the same time, I must also admit that having these special days do make us do special things for them. This year I have plans of getting a cake for my dad and celebrating with him on Sunday.
