SCENE 11

On road, seeing Nikki not responding to his voice Abhi tried waking her up but later burst out in crying and screaming "Nikki……………"

Nikki slowly opens her eyes and starts laughing hard seeing Abhi's face. She couldn't believe how scared he was. Hearing her laugh, Abhi looks at her with annoy eyed.

Abhi – tum ne yeh sab jaan buj kar kiya? Gaddhi ki bachchi

Nikki – aur nahin to kya..  us thappad ka badla jo lena tha.. tumhe kya laga main tumhe aise hi chhod doogi.. saale chhuhe…

"I can't believe ki tum kitna darr gaye the, kitna maja aaya tumhe aise dekhte huye" Nikki goes on.

Abhi (annoyed)-  tumhe to mai baad mein dekh looga.. ab chalo us bus ko rok te hai warna hum zindagi bhar yahin reh jaayegi

Nikki picks herself up and follows Abhi quietly. They stopped the bus.

Driver – kya hua bhaiya?

Abhi – meri car kharab ho gayee hai? Kya hume aap Jaipur chhod sakte hai?

Driver – lekin bus mein jagah nahin hai?

Abhi – koi baat nahin, hum dono khade reh sakte hai

Driver thinks a bit.

Abhi – please bhai saab… kuch kijiye na… hum log bahut der se yaha kisika aane ka intzaar kar rahe the

Driver – thik hai.. aap dono aa jaayiye.

Abhi – lekin meri car?

Driver – aap fikar mat kijiye.. mai aap ki madad karta hoon

They tied car and bus together with a rope so Abhi doesn't need to leave his car there. Both get into the bus. The bus was full so there was no sits empty to sit but one of the ladies moved her child in her lap so one of them could have a sit. Nikki asked Abhi to sit but he tells her to take a sit. They had a small argument regarding who should take a sit.

A male voice came from the back "arre bhaiya.. aap bhi baith jaao aur apki patni bhi". Nikki and Abhi look at each other and said "hunh"

That man said it again "arre bhaiya, aap apni patni ko gord mein leke baith jaaiye"

They had no choice but to follow the man's advice. Abhi sits first then allow Nikki to sit in his lap. Nikki feels awkward but she sits anyways. At a time, Nikki and Abhi share a glance to each other.

A lady who was sitting next to Abhi and Nikki compliments "aap dono saath mein bahut achche lagte hai"

They just smile at the lady and stare each other for few seconds until Nikki blinks her eye lids.

SCENE 12

During bad weather, Abhi and Nikki get a room which they have to share it.

Nikki – mujhe tumhare saath is kamre mein rehna hoga?

Abhi – kyun? Koi problem hai..

Nikki – haan… mai tumhare saath kamra share nahin karungi

Abhi – Kyun der gayee kya?

Nikki – mai kisi se dar ti nahin lekin I will not stay here with you..

Abhi - to thik hai bahar jaake soh jaao.. maine kab mana kiya

Nikki – kya kaha tumne… mai bahar jaao

Abhi – tum nahin to kaun jaayega.. Mein?

Nikki – aur nahin to kya

Abhi – tumhe mere saath nahin rehna to phir tum jaao na… main kyun jaao?

Nikki leaves the room in anger. Abhi sees her leave with annoyance.

Abhi is worried about Nikki because the weather was very bad outside.

"Mera dimaag to thikane hai na.. maine Nikki ko bina soche samje aise hi jaane ko bol diya .. agar is tufani barish mein usse kuch ho gaya to… Nahin, Nahin use kuch nahi hoga… mai apna wada pure dil se nibhauga.. mai use kuch bhi nahin hone dooga.. use sahi salamat ghar le jaana mera farz hai aur mai apna farz puri imaandari se nibhauga" talks Abhi to himself and leaves the room.

Nikki is shivering from the cold rain. Abhi comes towards her but she gives a disgusting look seeing him there. Abhi ignores it.

Abhi – Nikki, ise bearish mein bhigogi to bimmar pad jaaogi

Nikki – usse tumhe kya. Huh?

Abhi – Please andar chalo

Nikki – kya kaha tumne… pahele to mujhe kamre se khud nikalte ho aur phir mera mazak udane yaha tak chale aate ho

Abhi – I am sorry for asking you to leave the room.. I didn't know you will take it seriously

Nikki – mai yahi thik hoon

Abhi – kya khakh thik ho.. apni halat to dekho.. kaise bhig gayee ho tum..

Nikki – maine kaha na mai nahin aane wali

Abhi – to phir thik hai.. mai bhi yahin rahooga tumhe paas

Hearing Abhi's words, she stares at him for few minutes and thinks to herself "kya sach mein tumne wahi kaha jo maine suna?"

Nikki comes down to earth seeing Abhi waving at her.

Abhi – chalna hai ki nahin?

Nikki – kaha na nahi.. tumhe ek baar kaha samaj mein nahin aata kya?

Abhi couldn't help it but to stay with Nikki. He just gives a glance at a time and realizes she is shivering more. So He takes off his coat and wraps it around Nikki's upper body. She is surprised at his action but accepts it. They both are getting wet from the rain and sneezing few times.

Nikki sneezes and Abhi said "God Bless You". Nikki gets confused as she didn't know why he said that.

Nikki – tumne mujhe "God Bless You" kyun kaha?

Abhi – sab log kahete hai ki uske piche bahut sare reasons hai

Nikki – jaise ki?

Abhi – jab koi sneeze karta hai tab us waqt ke liye humara dil dhadkana bandh ho jaata hai tab hum usse "God Bless You" kahete hai to show that I'm glad to see your heart starts beating again.

Nikki – dusra karan kya hai?

Abhi – kuch log kahte hai ki by saying "God bless you" when you sneeze, keeps the devil from flying down your throat.

Seeing Abhi sneezing more and more, Nikki asked him to get inside the room as she didn't want him to get sick. They both get into the room. He changes his clothes in the bathroom while she is waiting for him to come out so she can make a move to change her clothes. He is done changing his attire and comes out but is stunned seeing Nikki. Abhi is amazed seeing her sleeping on the bed with wet clothes on.

"Yeh dekho, yeh maharani kaise pure bed par apna kabza jama ker soh rahi hai.. abhi dikhata hoon isse" said Abhi is his head.

Abhi walks up to her and wakes her up by shaking her a bit. Nikki wakes up rubbing her eyes.

Nikki says in tired tone, "Please, mujhe sone dona…"                                                                                                     

Abhi – agar main tumhe yaha sone dooga to main kaha souga.. batao mujhe?

Nikki – kahin bhi soh jaao… mujhe kya?

Abhi – arre haah, tumhe kyu farak padega… dekho yeh kamra hum dono ko mila hai.. isliye yeh bed par mera bhi barabar ka haq hai..

Nikki – dekho, tum please mujhe sone do… I am very tired…

Abhi – nahin, I will take over this bed, just wait and watch.

Abhi moves his feet towards her and sits on the left side of bed then starts to lay down. Nikki is annoyed with his action so she just gets up from the bed. She curses him in her head. She is about to take the blanket for herself when Abhi places' his hand on it so she doesn't take it.

Nikki (annoyed) – yeh kya batamizzi hai?

Abhi – yeh blanket mera bhi hai.. samji?

Nikki tries to get the blanket from him. Both start pulling the blanket from opposite side. On the hard pull from Abhi's side, Nikki gets dragged along with the blanket and falls on his lap. They have an eye locking session for a while. Both were lost in their own world.

Nikki – Aaj mujhe sab kuch alag kyu lag raha hai..

Abhi – kyunki mai saath jo hoon

Nikki – To phir kaho na

Abhi – kya kahoon

Nikki – yahin ki tumhe mera saath pasand hai

Abhi – hunh?

But both come down to earth by Abhi's sneeze. Nikki feels uncomfortable by the situation so she moves her feet away.

Nikki – oh god, thik hai mujhe takiyaa de do… mujhe takiye ke bina neend nahin aati..

Nikki takes the pillow but Abhi grabs it from her.

Nikki – kya tum itne bhukhe ho

Abhi – kya matlab?

Nikki – dono takiye ko akele khana jo chahte ho

Abhi stands beside Nikki and looks at her angrily. She pushes him and while he was falling, Abhi catches her hand and pulls her with him. Both fall on the bed. She sits and grabs the pillow in her hand. In few seconds, she starts hitting him with the pillow. He keeps yelling not to hit him but she doesn't listen.

Abhi – please, stop it…

Nikki – ab dekhti hoon,  tum kaise mujhe takiya nahin dete

She keeps on hitting him so he gets mad and also starts hitting her back. They both start having a pillow fight.

Nikki – what the hell is wrong with you?? stop hitting me, Abhi

Abhi – aur jab maine kaha tha tab tumne bandh kiya tha… ab to mai tumhe chhodne wala hoon hi nahin

Nikki – chhodo mujhe.. ek ladki par haath uthate huye tuhme sharm nahin aati kya?

Abhi – thik hai… lekin ek shart par

Nikki – huh?

Abhi – agar tum mujhe bed par sone do toh

Nikki just raised her eye brows and trips him over the bed and began hitting him faster and harder. Both, Nikki and Abhi, enjoy the fight equally. After a while, they stopped the fight seeing the whole room is messy in cotton and both of them are covered in feathers. They both are laughing at each other seeing each other in that state. She pulls him to a mirror and tells him to check himself out. They both are shocked seeing how messy they are. She helps him cleaning up himself.

Nikki is sleeping on the floor and thinking, "yaha to raat phar neend aane wali hai nahin, ab karoon bhi to kya karoon." She thinks for a while just then an idea clicks on her head.

Nikki pretends to snore very loudly. Hearing her snore, Abhi gets up. He shakes her and wakes her up.

Abhi – yeh.. yeh Nikki.. arre uth Kali Billi..

Nikki - Kaun hai?

Abhi – mujhe bataogi ki kya ho raha hai yaha..

Nikki –kya hua?

Abhi – chup chap soh nahin sakti kya? Kutte ki tarah rot ko bhi bhauk rahi ho..

Nikki – haan woh kya hai na ki jab bhi mein jameen par soti hoon na to mere pure badan mein thand lag jaati hai aur kharate apne aap suru ho jaate hai.. dekho aise (shows him loud snore)

Abhi – arre yeh kharate hai ya phir bomb ke dhamake… main itni aawaz mein soh nahin sakta, mujhe sone ke liye bahut hi shanti chahiye

Nikki – to phir bahar jaake soh jaao... mai kya karoon kyun ki agar mujhe zameen par soh na pada to mai kharate ko rokh nahin sakti, samje? 

Abhi – thik to phir jao jaake bed par maro… mai yaha soh jaaoga… jaao

Nikki – thik hai

Nikki is excited and jumps in the bed.

The roof was cracked and obviously it wasn't fixed since nobody lives there for long. Most of the rain drops were falling directly to the bed. So Nikki had no other option but sit under umbrella.

Seeing Nikki in that state Abhi teases her, "Dekho, dekho… Is bistar ke liye na jaane kisine kya kya nahin kiya lekin ab dekho, beithi hai bhigi billi ban ker."

"Mujhe dekho.. Jameen pe hi sahi lekin kam se kam mai yaha shanti se to soh sakta hoon" continues Abhi having a wicked smile on his face.

About an hour later, Nikki hears someone yelling her name. She turned around to see who was yelling her name. She sees Abhi all wet. Both run under the bed to save themselves from the rain. Looking at Nikki's beauty, he starts dreaming with his open eyes. He sees a girl dancing with him but her face wasn't clear. He is having a great time romancing with her.

Abhi hugs Nikki without realizing that he is hugging Nikki, who was sitting next to him.

"Dur hato, hato yaha se…. mai tumhare saath ek kamre mein reh rahi hoon kyunki yeh meri majboori hai, aur tum mera…" said Nikki in her angry tone. "Dekho, mai pahele se hi jaanti thi ki tum sharafat ke putle nahin ho lekin mujhe laga tha ki thodi bahut naam ki tamiz hogi tum mein magar tumne mujhe galat saabit kar diya…" Nikki continues yelling at Abhi in annoyance.

Abhi asks her for forgiveness as he didn't mean to do that.

Abhi – I.. I.. am.Sorry, Nikki

Nikki – baat mat karo mujhse

Abhi – lekin Nikki meri baat to suno

Nikki – maine kaha na.. mujhe kuch nahin sunna

Abhi is thinking in his head, "shayad abhi bahut gusse mein hai to yahi thik hoga ki mai kal subah hi maafi maagu"

They had only few hours left till the morning. He tries to relax and slowly fall a sleep.
