Jodha Akbar sweeps IIFA

As the IIFA weekend came to a successful end, we bring to you the winners of the coveted trophy...

You must be thinking why I've posted this here, right?

Well, it's because the director of CKRPKJ (Nitin Chandrakant Desai) and the costume designer (Neeta Lulla) have won awards for Jodhaa Akbar:

Best Art Direction
Nitin Chandrakant Desai - Jodhaa Akbar

Best Costume Award
Neeta Lulla - Jodhaa Akbar

Congrats to them and here's wishing them more success.

I thought that the people that made Jodhaa Akbar were different to the people making Chittod Ki Rani Padmini Ka Johur, I only knew that Neeta Lulla was doing the costumes..... but thanks 😊

The people are different. Ashutosh made JA while Nitin is making CKRPKJ. But Nitin also was part of the art direction in JA hence why I think he's has full rights in using the JA sets for CKRPKJ.

If you look at the credits rolling in the beginning and the end, it actually says 'Nitin Chandrakant Desai's Creation'.
