New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan has at last broken his mum. The Bollywood Badshah has come out with his version at last about the much-hyped tiff he had with co-actor Salman Khan.

The 'fight' occurred at Katrina Kaif's birthday party, where an irate Salman Khan rubbed King Khan the wrong way, leading to an icy silence between them since. The incident divided the Mumbai film industry into two camps, with Shah Rukh and Salman supporters coming out to support their favourites.

It also put some actors in a fix, as taking the side of one spelled coldness to another. The cold war seems to have stretched longer, if Shah Rukh's words are to be taken into account.

"It's ok. There is not much common between us, we think differently, we speak differently. We have spent a good time together. But with time, that fact has got blurred," Shah Rukh told a national daily.

When asked about any chance of their coming together anytime soon, he added, "We are happy in our worlds. If we come together it is good. If we don't it's even better. We are not friends, but it doesn't imply we are enemies," Khan said.

Before SRK's statements, Salman had agreed about the coldness, too. He had said, "Yes there is a problem. But it is no big deal. Problems do occur in everybody's lives. If after eighteen years of friendship something happens then it does not mean a lot."

But SRK hit hard when he commented on the most eligible, but hotheaded bachelor of Bollywood, "I think like a father, while Salman thinks like a child!"

The silence has been broken, but not the ice. These words promise more division in Bollywood, and the 'diplomatic ones' (spell Aamir Khan) are going to have a hard time balancing their friendship.

To quote directly, he said "I think like a father, Salman thinks like a son."

Not child. And the media can twist it however but I feel it wasn't as much that he called Salman immature. Kids don't have to be immature. Seeing their personalities, one can say Salman can act like a kid sometimes in a way that...he'd react to things strongly (unlike SRK who tries being politically correct), or be a little impatient. Kinda like a relationship between father and son where a son wants he wants and father doesn't always give in.

Not to say it's one has a better personality than other. Just different ones. Media needs to quit with this topic.

Well I guess we all figured out by now that they're not the best of friends and we won't be seeing them together like ever

hey!in the interview he also says..Quote-from the original article😊
"The territory of superstar doesn't belong to one actor today. Actors who have consistently worked for around 20 years are all superstars. Akshay is rightfully a superstar today. So is Aamir Khan, and Ajay Devgan, Salman, even Hrithik, though he is from the younger lot. They have super energies and super luck."

How come he is generous in his praise of Salman when, after their fallout, Salman was vocal about his feelings even though he, Shah Rukh, kept quiet?
"I don't like talking things private to me. I'm talked about because I'm emotionally not available to everyone and that disturbs them. They have the right to talk and I have no issues," he said. Throwing further light on the spat, he added, "I think like a father would whereas Salman thinks like a son. That's okay. We are two different kind of people. We had nothing in common. We think differently." But, in flashback mode, SRK revealed, "Salman and I had some really good times together. Strangely, these memories are fading away. So I'm sure even the bad memories will fade." Would they work at a reconciliation? He refused to be drawn into a commitment, but said, "We are both happy in our own worlds. If it happens — good; if it doesn't happen, — very good. Not being friends doesn't mean Salman and I are great enemies."

It's sad that they are no longer friends, but from the interviews they've given to the media it doesn't look like they despise each other. Both have just accepted the fact they are different people, unable to get along.
