MEDICAL REPORT CONFUSION ON 12th AUG..

I did not understand what was the problem with Kalika's medical report. Look,she went there for the Test,right>? The old lady came n swapped the 'REAL' report(prregnancy negative) with a FAKE report(+ve pregnancy)..... now if the old lady changed the report she must have been changed it keeping all other things intact except the _ve has been Changed to +ve.Kalika was a patient of that hospital,right? If she's been there with Khsitij then there was a possibility of her not actually going for any test BUT THATS NOT THE CASE,SHE HAD BEEN THERE with TARA n SALONI n her reports had also come which the old lady tore off..... right friends?😕

But why did the hospital information desk say that Kalika Singh's NAME wasn;'t there in their system when Kalika had been there n had done her test? The hospital computer should've shown that the report says NEGATIVE instead of the fact that Kalika's Reports are not in the system .I think the story writer's confused😆

Can anybody clear my Confusion??😲
