Shweta Bachchan causes awareness to save dolphins By IndiaFM News Bureau, November 24, 2005 - 04:58 IST Superstar Amitabh Bachchan' daughter Shweta has never been into the glamour limelight. But now she is taking up a noble cause. She is part of a film that talks about dophins and their diminishing number. Sadly, now, the number of these beautiful water animals is below 2000. Shweta has been made the ambassador of the cause. The film is being shot at the Katarnia Ghat wildlife sanctuary in Baharaich, U.P. and the production is being handled by Back-to-Back, a South-Africa based Production Company. This film is an effort to save dolphins from extinction. It is produced by Herman and will be aired on the National Geographic Channel, once it is complete.
