As per section 494 of IPC, if the whereabouts of one's spouse are not known for seven years or more, then that person can go for another marriage without divorce. But if Laksh married Laxmi less than 7 years back, then it is illegal for him to do second marriage without divorce. But, again as per law, only Laxmi or her blood relatives have the right to drag Laksh to court. If others file case againgst Laksh, then court will not hear the petition.

arre yaar all the male members of SN has to get marry twice na. After all it's a rasam in the family dat u have 2 get married twice or else u r breaking the tradition. So, up till now no one from younger generation has done second married(bhad main jaye law😆). Tht's y they r starting the tradition from Lakshya after all he is the pyara bacha of Parivaar😉 ab bali ka bakra to use hi banna hoga na😆😆(Sorry to Lakshya fans if i offended u but to make logic out of this..... tht too in funny way. nothing personal😊)

Another reason cud b to have patni's fighting for Lakshya. Lakshmi will come bak after Lakshya's marriage n ask for her hak on him 😛. Poor Lakshya😭 or Happy Lakshya😆????
