There are no league matches. It's all country matches. But you just need to do the full time score.

So like Mexico vs South Africa - 3-1 with Mexico winning or just Mexico 3-1 South Africa. As long as it is evident which country you think will win the match or if you think it'll tie.

Check Google and FIFA's official site and FIFA history on Wiki. You'll get a better sense of which are top countries in general and a few days before each match you'll start to see a lot of discussion on various SM sites on which team people think will win each match.
