Old Marathi TV was very different. We need to bring it back-- we had comedy, suspense, thriller shows, romcoms. There were shows did not cross 200 episodes. Crisp storylines. We also had puppet show called panchatantra.

Ashok Saraf is the king of commedy. Now even he is roped in to do tragedy sas bahu like Ashok mama. I wish we could go back to times when Marathi ruled the content oriented entertainment and not just maratha history.

I don't care about Bollywood much There was a time when I was obsessed about nataks and theatre. I just miss my obsession. Gujrati theatre right now is far better than Marathi theatre and I don't like it.

Well I don't know much about Ashok mama. I'm 2005 born, so I know marathi shows and movies aired since 2011 .
