I really don't know what they want to convey.

If the marriage happened when they are in full mind. It would have diff meaning.

But for the current state it just mean they both still have feelings for each other. But there known issues prevented them from convey it to each other.

Nah she is just coming to stir some drama in this thanda show for trp . Initially she will be anti abhira and a nuisance for Poddars but later on she will become fl bhakt , that's her whole character arc so damn predictable.
