So the problem is clearly him being a threat for Vikrant and not so much as Duas Baba. And he is threat only because he is a good guy. Nobody considers Malla or Y as a threat to Mannat 😜

This is what I am trying to say ... Mannat is any day better than Malla/Y because they are horrible. Viks redemption would be even more enriching if he turns out better than someone who is good.

Mannat has to do bare minimum while Vik has to climb Everests.

How can ML fans have an objection to a worthwhile redemption??? 🤔

And if anyone thinks its not possible then its lack of trust on the PH... not DKs fault 😝.

Aish arrives home and blasts Vish Malla nicely. She tells them Mannat almost caught her... their panic is nice... but the dialogues on how they repeatedly fool Vik are so frustrating. .. such a downgrade for ML

Kumar informs Vik that Mannat is no threat to the competition (What nonsense has Vik cooked up? ) Anyway, oh so innocent, pure at heart victim Vikrant takes a full minute ... mind you 60 seconds to realize that Mannats maa matlab Kumar is talking about Neetu Maa and that she is not well.

He stumbles back on his seat and the entitled prick wonders why Mannat didnt tell him????

I wanted to scream at the screen... did you even bother to speak one proper sensible statement to Mannat Vikrant.. that she would tell you Neetu is unwell????

I wonder why the editors didn't include Vik seeing them in Indore (the dance wala scene) or Ronnie getting upset ... or even DK telling him that he disowned his parents???

Once again the focus and onus is only on Mannat

In hospital, Mannat is terribly shaken and is doubting herself. She tells DK that she possibly saw Aish... DK understands it to be her stress, her memories associated with Mumbai and all the worry eating her up.

Mannat also agrees since how can a person be alive again?

DK then asks her to rest and let him handle.

They discuss about the money and Sinhas have not responded. Mannat accepts that she shouldn't have argued with Vik and should have simply taken the money.

DK proceeds to ask if he should investigate about Aish and Mannat refuses, thinking she must have imagined Aish. He then asks her whether she thinks Vik will support Aish... Mannat sternly refuses the idea that whatever Vik maybe to her... he wont support a murderer. DK compliments (which looked like a dig) that who knows Vik better than you

I got irritated at Vik first but then I realized why they are doing this.

As I said the other day, Vikrant is a victim of himself.... its unfair to blame others when he doesnt want to come out of his pity hole. Mannat might not have told him why she needs the money... but why would she when he has been obnoxious to her? What has he done all these years that deserves him to be told about Neetu? He jailed Neetu preleap and yet wants to be informed.

Anyway, Mannat might face another round of disappointment from Vik when she realizes Aish has fooled Vik again. Pretty sure Mannat is going to put 2+2 together soon and find out that things are not as they were made to be. That Aish is alive and that Vik doesnt know about Dua or Malla played her at the funeral ground.

For once I want Mannat to use questionable means and 'use' Viks obsession for her to good use. Anyway sab log uske gullibility ka misuse karte hai.... Mannat ne kar liya to kya farak padta hai... atleast she will use it to protect him

Vikrant can stay in his victim land and be forever under the impression that his loved ones disowned him.... one can only help others if they want to be helped....

Let Mannat reveal to Vik that Dua is his daughter and enter SM to seek revenge from everyone.... bhaad main jaaye ITV template of FL

Vishaka after selling Vikrant for a fancy prive played possum and Vikrant believed her. Again when she and Malla are threatening to leave if he helps Neetu with Rony Salujas money him failing to let his moral compas weigh the situation presents him in poor light.

We see what writers show us as a character arc just as Vikrant chooses to see only whatever he believes.

At present DK is very protective to Mannat, Dua Rotu .he has not snatched his brothers happiness he is only protecting till Vikrant comes to claim them.

When one is unattached to another as DK is, he began to admire her strength, courage resolve and independence. Je sees how fiercely protective she is of them all. I mentioned earlier DK too has not heald from his PTSD. Vishaka by guilt tripping him had made his childhood miserable. There was none to love comfort or care for him and call her m as family.

On the fateful day when Mannat list her all and Rotu were thrown out remember how vishaka manipulated Vikrant against DK.

They were 4 individuals with noone to call their own. They came together and Fua tje bonding factor has given them ties Nana, Nani Ma and Baba. DK knows that it is a facade that will shatter tje moment Vikrant wakes up...the Sleeping Beautys spell was broken when the Prince Charming arrived we are yet to understand how tje spell cadt by the vamps and UV will break. Break it should if the story should teach a closure.

Bold: That's the point na moor, makers have completely erased mistakes of dk that now we feel if they show his grey shades it looks like they are putting down dk to elevate vik...but how will it be putting down dk when there were already grey shades of him pre leap.. He too was played by malla, aish, vish showing he is gullible, he didn't care if his brother's relationship would get effected and did things on karwachauth, he too was shown to be angry and impulsive.. , his selfish side is explored when him being a police officer entrusted with public safety..got out a cold blooded murder out of jail for his selfish objectives...

So, if going ahead if they show him being manipulated again by vish/malla and getting selfish, insecure about manvik and try to create MU, how is it putting him down... putting him down would be getting traits which are against his original character traits.. Isn't it??... In fact putting down a character would be what they did to vik.. Initial character graph of vik is that he does have anger issues but he never crossed boundaries even in anger... but the entire terrace allegations is so confusing with respect to vik actions..so much so that we still discuss it, and thats because we cannot make sense of his actions according to character graph...

If at all they introduce some traits new in dk against his character graph like him being a insensitive, materialistic person like his mum or them turing his character completely negative...then I am with you that they are putting him down... But if at all they are exploring his initial character traits like him being not so smart, angry, impulsive, a bit selfish ... then it's not putting him down, and neither does it elevate vik.. because it would make both of them almost on same scale which they were/are

And any which way I am with you on this, that i want vik's redemption and not because he has to come across a good person in comparison to dk.. but because manvik deserve the best versions of each other both as people and partners, they should push each other to be better people irrespective of anyone else

A great deal of all of us arguing amongst ourselves is the lack of clarity why Voldemort brought in Manit in the first place.

Looks like she might have wanted him to be ML/PL but channel probably doesn’t agree, so his character arc is blowing hot & cold.

Both Vikrant & Mannat have made mistakes but in my eyes, till now, Vikrant holds the larger share of it.

Mannat is a lot better at seeing through people - yes Asswarya did fool her for a while.

Today when I saw Ayesha enacting the panic attack thinking Vikrant had come to permanently take Dua away, I truly wondered which of us, could face as much as Mannat did that one day preleap. I would probably shove, push,thappad maro him.

The writing & direction of the show needs to improve. They are truly lucky AdSha have loyal fans who give TRP against all odds.

Till when are we just going to sit & see cobra manipulation, mur*ers, assault etc??
