I might be the only one here who likes Shiv more than Parshuram. It might be Neil (coming from a Neil fan) but Parshuram comes off as overacting. I was looking forward to Parshuram and his scenes in action but they need to create a better whole atmosphere for the whole spy and action sequence e.g. giving their team a boss to give commands, a better looking office, the whole world of agents. They might show it all later on, but for now they are not. Also, a spy forgetting that he's on call with his family while on the mission, not once but twice, seems unprofessional.
Coming to Shiv, he has a family and in laws. All of that which has a perfect, whole atmosphere with their separate personalities. Also, as Shiv, he seems to have a relatable personality. There are men, who might be truly loving to their family, but still flawed and make stupid mistakes that end up hurting the same family.
As Shiv, he seems to be a genuine common man.
As Parshuram, he doesn't seem like a genuine spy.
This is for now. My opinion may change with time.

appreciate the help!
