The rest of the team members will have to work harder to balance that out. It also helps those who don't want to participate... as they can just continue their own reading without having to force themselves to participate for the sake of the team... or feel guilty about not doing their part.

@b: exactly. We don't have to force anyone to take part or do their tasks.

Thanks Stuti, I was about to address this.

Why not take bingo sign-ups individually, like you did for Book Buddies? If people aren't interested in team activities or do not contribute actively, the team will suffer, which isn't fair to the other members who have actively worked for the team's victory, right?
