If by all members you mean the people who signed up for october, then please check coz some members on the list seemed to have only signed up for this month/haven't gotten badges during the previous five months (so they haven't read 200 pages or more)

From what I can tell, till October, about 39 people have participated and completed the challenge for 3 or more months. I may be wrong though.

If there is any specific case, requesting you to please inform me.

TheMinion, Beautyful_Mess to name a few. As far as I know, 57 people have gotten badges from april-oct out of which 39 have gotten more than 3 or more badges
