As far as I know, he's not really a wealthy man through his own work...and I doubt that he is interested in marrying (apart from - maybe - a wealthy woman). Maybe he wanted to become more 'attractive' for whatever reasons...
Now with grown up kids and Sridevi's demise, field is open for Boney. But All the grooming is just for secret affairs and ONS. And his kids, Khushi & Janhavi won't appreciate it either.
