Like many of you have noticed, Hassan and Aamna change their viewpoint quite a bit. Also Hassan doesn’t seem to have any issues with Wahaj’s acting…it sounds more like he feels this is a mature role and he’s still young to take on a more youthful role. TBH, his opinion doesn’t affect me either way because even if he claimed that this is the best role of his life today, he’ll pretend like he didn’t say that tomorrow.

Even I dont agree with Hassan and Amna many times because they keep on changing their views...but I personally feel that right now Bilal Abdullah isn't making sense.. love at first sight is all fine and I am okay with it...but his scenes aren't able to hook me anymore..!! I expected a lot more from Bilal Abdullah as a character and from the show as a whole I feel..!!

So you mean BA is Viren (Anil Kapoor) from Lamhe, Naamdar Sb is Pallavi (mother Sri Devi) and Sadaf is Pooja (daughter Sri Devi)

He always has done variety of shows be it masala shows like Fitoor where he wasn't even the lead or GPM where he played a cameo or similar stuff before that.....before TB, IJ was very good but average in terms of numbers.....JBG was very niche, didn't garner ratings or views plus he had limited screen space or DNUTH where again he had limited screen space and the show didn't garner ratings or views.

After TB he has only signed SMD.

Wahaj has done variety of roles of different genres which is great tbh.....SMD is not meant for a wider audience who enjoys masala stuff, it's slow with a old world charm which many might not enjoy.

Hopefully his next is a central role in a different genre project.

And while I appreciate social cause dramas, I don’t always want to watch those so I’m okay with him not doing those right now. Also the great scripts like the ones Farhat Ishtiaq is writing, do we think those are offered to Wahaj? Fahad jumped on board back to acting when he as a producer saw a great script. Another script of hers was offered to Ahad who has his own connections. Many other scripts are female oriented. How many are there for him to choose from?

Mein was the only bad choice in my opinion because he was sidelined and that too must have been chosen when he was still filming TB.

I think you are right and I totallyget your point...he has done variety of roles..but I think people's expectations have increased from him after TB success..for example-hamza ali abbasi is back in farrar with a complete different role than that of jaan e jahan..so people are expecting that from Wahaj too..

Bilal Abdullah had so much potential but nothing is good about Bilal right now except his styling and some of his dialogues....

Expectations might be there but tbh Bilal is completely different from Murtasim ! Also, it's your opinion that there is nothing good about him coz I personally am loving his character. There is depth there are layers and it's beautifully written.

My only issue is pace and less screen space which have improved over the last 2 episodes.

Coming to something different. Since he signed only SMD post TB which is not in a similar space, we are yet to see what his next would be!

Absolutely! Only Mein was a disaster tbh but Bilal ! Nope! I am glad that he chose this role tbh! It has so much to explore as an actor. I personally am happy that he chose this role!

I dropped Mein in the middle and stopped commenting and tweeting or keeping tabs about it. It was a bad project at least as far as I am concerned. That too was signed when TB was on!

Wahaj has always struggled to bag proper projects and roles..but I hope now he gets better offers and hopefully his next will be of a completely different genre

I just feel pressure on Wahaj is very high right now because of TB success...he can't chose roles to make critics happy all the time..he wants to experiment with his characters and that's fine..but IMO only time will tell whether his choice was good or not..but right now,Bilal isn't making much sense to me..!!

About SH review i agree , sometimes it seems they do it as a job and say things they don't feel and later forget

Eg Chupke Chupke me they said second couple had better chemistry then after an year during awards forgot that

They used to praise Bela and Basit for chemistry then completely forgot

ZPKB they used to praise but they used to give lesser time to eat and only one sentence every review Sajal ki aankhein ,while her performance was more than that not no discussion 😕

Tbh I don't go by reviews and comments. If I like something then I continue watching and if I don't like something then I do not invest my time watching it or cribbing about, I just do not watch it even if it gets good ratings or reviews.

Also, it's not bad that Wahaj has opted for a more mature character, it shows his versatility. He has done many younger roles in the past.

While I understand that we want more screen space for Wahaj and for the love story to start but then again is it even a proper love story ? The teasers harped about one sided love story, a different form and kind of love! So, i am not even sure if there will be a proper love story especially coz teasers never promised that to begin with .

Anyway, for now I am enjoying Bilal's role and it would be better if the focus on him increases more in the coming episodes
