Shivangi Joshi & Kushal Tandon BROKE UP Because Latter FLIRTED With Shreya Kalra?: 'She CRIED On Set'

Lock Upp 2 has been grabbing attention ever since it premiered on Netflix, with contestants making shocking revelations and discussing incidents from their personal lives. Hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, the reality show has become a talking point online for its dramatic moments. One topic that has often made headlines outside the show is Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon's rumoured relationship. The two were linked after starring together in Barsatein and reports had claimed they dated for a brief period before allegedly parting ways.

The latest episode of Lock Upp 2 brought the rumoured relationship back into the spotlight after contestant Shreya Kalra shared an incident involving Shivangi and what she claimed was Kushal Tandon. During a conversation with Shilpa Shinde, Shreya looked back at the time when she had worked with Shivangi but said they were never close friends.

Recalling the incident, Shreya said, ''Maine aur Shivangi ne kaam kia tha sath mein aur humari kabhi bonding nahi hui thi. Aur woh pata hai kyun nahi hui thi? I did a promo shoot with iske serial ka co actor, Hero.'' She then mouthed Kushal Tandon's name without saying it aloud and continued, ''He Dmed me after the shoot. I was dating at that time. Toh tab udhar tha kuch, theek hai. (Between Kushal and Shivangi). Mujhe nahi pata tha kuch bhi, toh usne mujhe message kiya ke 'Hey, you should have done that, looking at your profile. And I had pretty good followers.''

Sharing what happened next, Shreya added, ''Then he started speaking to me. Wahan se mujhe woh chiz hit hui, then I stopped. Then, Shivangi and I met on the set and she was like, ‘Oh hi! Yeah! He told me about you that you followed and messaged him.’ I said ‘Excuse me! I wouldn’t be the first person to approach any man. I’ve never that in my entire life."

According to Shreya, she immediately tried to clear any misunderstanding by showing Shivangi their conversation. She said, “I gave my phone to her. She read my whole chat. I didn’t flirt back and I didn’t say anything." Reacting to the story, Shilpa Shinde asked, “Didn’t she start crying?" Shreya replied, “She did cry after the shoot on the set. After 3-5 months, that guy posted a story saying that they have broken up."

Shreya also claimed that she later brought up Shivangi's past relationship during their stay inside Lock Upp 2. She said she wanted to know what had happened between the couple, but Shivangi did not discuss the matter and instead changed the topic.

At present, Shivangi Joshi is locked inside the Lock Upp 2 house, while Kushal Tandon is participating in The Alliance. Whether Shreya's statements will be addressed by the hosts or either of the actors remains to be seen in the coming episodes.
