He was exhausted , he was in tension because of zohaib . Aur tahir k kaam sitara k ley safe nhi lg rhe use. Maybe sitara is more strong than salar in this kind of issues, but salar think she will not able to handle of any mishap happen.

And from the teaser, Tahir is impress by her, offering her job. He thinks(maybe ye mehreen ka qasoor, ya differences ka) ek sitara ki galti hogai, tahir will leave her. Or he will blame her. It is not safe for her. And when he taunt "tahir sikandar ki bahu" ...because she didnt approach salar for help, us se share bhi nhi kya problem. And she has trust in new bond with her father in law more than her relation with salar .

Its all messed up ..pretty much .

Salar himself said that his father believes that him marrying Sitara is the only good decision salar has taken. Salar also knows his father approves of Sitara, maybe not as a bahu, but as a person, so to just assume that his own father would harm Sitara inspite of doing otherwise shows his lack of trust for his father.

My point is ppl justify this, but refuse to give Sitara the benefit of doubt when she has legit reasons (the MUs) to distrust him.

I don't think it's insecurity over social identity. He just wants Sitara to be exclusively his and he genuinely believes he's the only one who knows what's good for Sitara and not even Sitara knows what's good for her. It has always been the case.

Remember after that food taunt he goes to Nani and tells her he'll bring Sitara to stay with Nani and Nani tells him to ask what Sitara wants

Agree with that and also, with that, if any of you are married , will better understand. Agr aap ki kisi bhi apne relative se relation theek na ho, ya aap kisi relative pr trust na krte ho ..and then suddenly they team up with your spouse. Or your spouse is sharing her problem with them, instead of you. Or trusting them, or getting their support..so you will definitely have issue, just like Salar

.... , i can also say that here on IF wayyyyy too much explanation and justification is given for the sitaras abominable behavior while salaars flaws are pointed out in detail

Aise toh justify karne ke liye i can write essays on salars mom even. A woman who married above her station and is regularly ridiculed by both her husband and her mom for it. Someone who had the heart to love a stepchild but her husband terms it as 'chaplusi' etc etc ... One can justify any character given enough time and mental gymnastics

So let's not look down any set of fans by saying they either lack the maturity or experience to understand sitara and are just drooling over the male lead...

.... The male lead actually has had a Maturity/growth arc and while the female lead is just stuck in one place... We can imagine that she is suffering from severe trauma but the story is showing that she is behaving like this ONLY bec of misunderstanding...

The fans are reacting according to what is being shown and not bec ooooo! The guy is so handsome...

Sometimes it seems Salar is more at home in sitara's environment and vice versa. 😂

I've in fact said that about Mehreen. That she's not an evil person. And also her behaviour is understandable when everyone in her house prioritise Sitara over her, when she has stronger relationships with her family since years than Sitara, who just entered their lives a short while back.

As for salar, he has always had good intentions but the way he went about doing things was not right.

Sitara ka rude, harsh and especially insensitive behaviour after Nani's death have been called out by all.

Problem is that now whatever Sitara is shown to do, ppl are bashing her.

In this track I don't find Sitara wanting to do a job, even in Tahir's orphanage wrong. I find Salar being against her doing the job wrong.

but it is only viewers who knows about the full story .... sitara doesn't and she has good reasons to behave in certain way ... see i am not gonna condone Sitara's dialogues here and there but she is right for having this attitude ...

writer did dirty with sitara .... it is only sitara who faced all the injustice throughout the show but when it was her time to shine , they made it look like that she is batmeez by giving her horrible dialogues ...

but when salar humiliated a girl in a worst way , writer covered it up by giving salar romantic and funny dialogues .... aap chah kar bhi un scenes ko ignore nahi kr skte because they were cute ... but it doesn't mean what salar did was right ...

see , thats how they are playing with our minds ..
