There is nothing "bizarre" in her behaviour...she just promotes her movie without telling that she promotes her movie...

She made up the story (which Ritesh Shah made into a screenplay), plays the (only) leading role, directed it and invested (a lot of?) money.

Nothing really worked for Kangana anymore after her interview about the "silly ex" in 2016...even Manikarnika is more recognized by her (un-)professional tactics than for its content. She certainly got on a self-destroying spree which may not end 8 years later.

Sometimes it needs more than talent to have a positive life...
