I just watched the entire 6 minute CCTV footage (thankfully shared by Free Press Journal on X), showing what happened BEFORE and DURING the mob lynching. The women were coming from the opposite direction, there is no chance they were hit by her car before.

It looks like a publicity stunt to extort money from the rich after the Pune Porsche case. Dear God, what has this world come to? Pune Porche case was one extreme, and this one is another.

Absolutely agree. Drunk driving, rash driving, "Nashe mein dhutt Raveena" etc etc kya kya chaap dete hain media wale before even verifying the facts.

I wish everyone involved in the speculation/false narratives is taken to the court. It has become way too common now.

Also that mob lynching was totally uncalled for, and I hate that many SM users were justifying it.

If this cctv footage didn't exist, then Raveena would've suffered a media trial like Rhea, Aryan etc etc.

All people in that video who were trying to attack the driver and Raveena should be punished IMHO.

I saw the video of her being bullied and jostled by the group while she was pleading. Shocking! It must have been very scary for her. Thankfully it was all recorded on cctv and the camera doesn’t lie.

Police should definitely investigate the family that claimed they were hit. It is possible that this was an impromptu confrontation that got out of hand and now everyone is moving on. But if this was some preplanned scheme to extort money out of the rich they’ll do it again and next time they’ll pick a spot with no CCTV or an angle that is not covered by cameras.

Disappointed with Raveena for not registering a complaint. She was harassed, touched inappropriately, and almost got lynched by a lunatic mob for no fault of hers. And she's letting it go? Damn!
