The thing is she loves her babu and was content living as his widow with his name joined to hers for life. But with this marriage she will no longer go back to being called Agastya ki wife/ widow..this is something that is too much for her to forgive.

The angst from her side will remain this pain that Surya gave her due to a stupid misunderstanding. From his side the angst will come when he will fall for her but realise he can never compete with babu.

The only reason I so strongly feel this is Agastya. The makers can never show Imlie fall for Surya who isn't even comparable to the nail of choti ungli of Agastya.
