Rajneesh is a doctor will he continue his occupation post loosing poornima. Will poornima joins him as his assistant?

I don't have any idea about her occupation. However, I think she'll belong to upper middle class family or rich family. In this life, she struggles a lot to survive. She's probably not educated as well. I think Poornima will get a chance to be educated after rebirth.
