All the PR created hype around Brahmstra and Gangu hasn’t worked for her long term. It’s pretty much accepted now that Brahmstra wasn’t a success. Some people still argue in favor of Gangu though. RRKPK also underperformed and has been riddled with talks of corporate booking. Heart of Stone was a critical dud and all talks about it died down in a week which should give everyone a pretty good idea of where it stands in terms of viewership. Alia never was the top actress. Her PR tried to fake it for everyone but unfortunately it couldn’t sustain 🤷🏽‍♀️

Meantime Deepika was on top a few years ago, had a bad few years, and then bounced back with Pathan, and from everything I’m hearing made an impact with her Jawan cameo.

I am however surprised that Alia’s PR is not milking the daylights out of the National Award 🤔

Getting good movies with excellent scripts is driving Alia to heights. Where the script was not upto the par, it shows her lack of acting as well as no screen presence.

Script / story been good works for everyone.. Piku, Cocktail showed DP acting skills. Alia is just lucky that she keeps getting good roles thanks to her mentor.

If in a masala movie where presence of the star elevates the movie, that's actually a real thing which DP has in plenty where sadly Alia lack.

Ppl go to watch Alia movies cos stories of the movies are good. That can work for any other actress too if they get good script.
