Last year after Gangubai and Brahmastra, everyone was saying how Alia has become the top Actress of bollywood and Dp was not having any hits since Padmavat? Who is at the top now that Dp has given two hits this year while Alia has a fabulous 2022 and the Hollywood debut this year?

I like Deepika or Kiara more than Alia

Alia this year was not great in heart of stone and Ranveer overshadowed her in RARKPK

Jawan isn't Deepika's movie. But RARKPK worked due to Alia 's sheer starpower.

It's kind of a toss up now.

However, if Fighter becomes a hit, it will be Deepika. Going by trend, it will be a hit.

Not only that, it's a genre in which Alia will have a hard time competing. YRF gender neutral film notwithstanding, she simply doesn't have the stature for it. I mean, Paul Rudd tried Ant Man. Alia's spy universe film is likely to end up like that. Maybe it will be hit if the budget is low like Ant Man, but that's not what spy universe does.

Her strength is character based films, which seem to be on the way out.

Project K is there, too, for Deepika, but I don't know if a Sci fi fantasy will work in India.

Actually no. Rocky aur Rani underperformed big time! It made less money than some big hits back in 2015 including Ranveer’s own Bajirao. That’s hardly anything to celebrate
