A discussion doesn't always have to be about venting. Once we are done letting out the anger, could we get to discussing whether Indian agents are capable of taking out a separatist/terrorist on foreign soil as surreptitiously as, say, Russia did Prigozhin or as flamboyantly as, say, US did Osama?

If yes, how? Have they done it before? Why haven't they taken down Dawood yet?
