I can he probably got fed up from Jhula Devi and her taunts so he went on long walks daily with his mistress and had a child soon after.I can't see Dukhmukh cheating Julie in past but I hope he does it now. It's never too late. Imagine how would Julie react when Dukhmukh falls in love with Balti? Also, reveal Julie's illegitimate child in the show.
I can’t imagine him doing it now in old age actually if Romkhi can be together then I’m sure the same can happen with Malmukh ☺️ Or it can be Devious Dukhmukhs plan to be the head of Crapadia Empire..
