Why are people mentioning the names like Ranbir, Ranveer, vicky etc? I don’t think anybody accused them of good looks so please spare them the trouble of getting dragged into irrelevant threads.😅

Kareena & Karishma. Hell to the fcuk no.

Aditi Rao Hydari. This one will baffle me for all saat janams because WHATHEFEK am I missing?

Dharmendra and Feroz Khan. Bruh, both men in their youth still looks like my drunk uncle.

Siddharth Malhotra. Unpopular opinion but I don’t find him appealing. He cannot carry his height gracefully and always looks like a dangling daddy-long-legged spider.

Are u me?? Because that's MY list. Except for a younger Dharmendra in his old black and white movies. Maybe that's the charm of those characters (stereotypical responsible and charming guy) he played but rest is exactly the same. I never got the hype for the Kapoor sisters either. Decent to good performers but never understood the beauty hype.

I'm not trying to be contrarian neither rile up any fan groups, but I've never found Aishwarya and Hrithik good looking. I get the appeal of looking like "not Indian" and i feel that is their only ticket to fame, barring Hrithik's phenomenal dance skills. I feel more than looks people, particularly indians are enamored when someone looks or is not of their native. There's this deep insecurity that makes every fair skinned, blue eyed person seem the epitome of beauty for indians. Bottom line, in both cases Aishwarya and Hrithik get so much adulation for their looks because they look distinctly un-indian. It's fair skin and blue eyes baby!

Manisha is def overrated.She is pretty but that’s just it.And Aditi too..she is very dull.

Newbird has made more posts than me and listed more people than I did and named lot of TV actors too.

Why not ask same question to them and why single out only me?

I like Ash, Madhubala, Sadhana, HR, young Hema and Dharam, Vinod Khanna, Bhanupriya etc but I did not counter it when some members named some of them as overrated.

I stuck to the theme of topic, which is about whose beauty or looks are overrated. If it was about who is most good looking, I would have named ones I liked.

Sushmita was actually more good looking in Miss India days but declined rapidly after joining BW in late 90s and has mostly let go of her looks or lost looks due to poor lifestyle and also her auto immune disease.

Smoking, drinking, late night parties had their effect. Excessive botox and botched up surgeries have ruined her face over the last few years. She is a pale shadow of her original self.

I feel Ash was also better looking in 90s. She did not have same appeal or dazzle or sparkle after Salman episode. No matter what her fans or media say. But she has never looked same post mid 2000s as she did in her modeling, Miss India and Miss World days.

I do agree with many here, that Indians have bias for fair skin, sharp jawline, comparatively chiselled face, sharp nose and big, light eyes and good height. That is a huge reason why people find Ash perfect or go gaga for HR.
