She said she can't see Patralekha in pain as if Patralekha is the most happiest person in her marriage right now lol. Just few days ago her pyaari bahu CAed her son because of a mere earring. She yelled at him for doing chowkidaari of the outhouse. If Ashwini doesn't want Sai to return to Virat's life that's absolutely understandable as she has lost trust in Sai but expecting her DIL to live in an unhappy marriage with her son is plain stupidity lol.

totally agree. Actually Ashwini has been pissing me off the most. Pakhi is Pakhi. She’s always been this way. But Ashwini’s flip flopping - that too, this extreme - it drives me nuts. She’s so devastated to see Pakhis pain. She thinks Pakhi’s mistakes are all washed away. How does she not remember, it was even a dialogue Sai said. Patralekha has not committed a mistake, she committed a crime. And Ashwini thinks that’s all washed away, and puts her happiness over the whole family. Like BK said, she’s putting one person above everyone else. Including her so called Godu. She doesn’t realize, Godu is happier now than he has been in the last so many years. She really thinks Pakhi and him can be a happy family? They had many chances over so many years, even before Sai entered the picture again. Tab bhi, and even afterwards - even after the bus accident when Virat tried to be a good husband - he was never happy. But Ashwini doesn’t see that?? She doesn’t want his happiness, she prioritizes Patralekha’s happiness over his. So tired of watching her scenes.

She has been much meaner and nastier to Sai. This is the same BK who wished Sai would die last years Holi.

And it's not that she is anti P either. BK is simply being practical. She understands that if kept separated all 4 will have this pull towards each other and it will keep the conflict simmering, causing troubles in the family.

Which is correct in a way because she is the third party. Ash will always be biased.

Confession has only helped her to take a decision favouring everyone.

BK has not ignored P. She felt sad when P was wiping the footprints and she acknowledges P's support to V in the leap period. This is relevant since P might have done it for selfish reasons but BK doesn't see it that way.. not as of now. (Which also suggests BK might keep P in CN even after VP breakup😔 and flip on Sai if she feels threatened) . BK is pretty much soft on P still. P deserves more 😡

Sai had done much more for the family in comparison to P but that acknowledgement is yet to come from BK.

BK is only pro Sai because she is the mother of heirs. The first wife position is to mention relative importance. All other acts of Sai are yet to be appreciated by BK.

As I said, she is being practical.

Ash on the other hand is stupid. I could have understood her unflinching support for P if Ash had recalled Vs pain after Sais presumed death and her previous leavings. But all she feels is for P. P's pain trumps V's and the happiness and future of kids. How?????

In which case, BK is more 'motherly' towards V than Ash.

BK's decision to unite SaiRat is not wrong

But the way she feels no regret for P, considers her no more than a cane is the chilling part. Also her methods...anyone will try to settle the issue so as to cause least humiliation & pain to the involved parties but she is ruthless.

We don't feel bad because it is P, but if it had been any other woman...who wasn't vile, who was even truly lachaar & dependent on the family, she would have done the exact same thing without any dharamsankat - that's the cold-hearted BK we know.

What struck me when I heard thar dialogue...and why it triggered me was BK's history. For her, daughters-in-law are dispensable as long as it fits her views...whether it is Sai or Pakhi. Before SaiRat settled down, she always looked for opportunities to discard Sai like a waste paper into the dustbin - it didn't even matter that V was so attached to her.

They wasted BK's potential in the story. She could have had a separate character graph... with her finally facing the consequences of her actions.

Ashwini is a totally useless character - she makes no sense.

BK maybe treating P like crap now but she can easily flip. That woman has no morals or consistency. She treats everyone like a puppet. She only wants Sai back to keep kids around. She does not acknowledge the wrongs inflicted on Sai by ALL of them. Nobody does. V as usual dragged Sai into his drunk apology saying both hurt each other. Even when drunk he made sure to incriminate Sai while apologizing. Only V gives such apologies. I am sorry but you are also wrong. Aisi apology isnt really an apology.

They picked a terrible picture of VP where V looks too smiley. But it's also good in a way. It gives Sai a great and chilling reality check on the extent of Vs lies and deceit. He acts as if he of full of longing and love for Sai and "apologetic" but its all BS coz the photo in his bedroom table shows the reality - he willingly moved on with P and has got photos to put on their bedside table in the very room he used to share with Sai. Thats the reality. P is in his space, in his room, in his life, in his bed. Thats the truth. If he really loved Sai and was incomplete without her, he'd not have married another and made her mother to his child even by adoption because the only person he'd ever have a kid with could be Sai, he'd never have got rid of Sai's memories and not even had a photo with haar after her death or failed to mention about Sai to the son he's raising.

This photo is a reminder to Sai that he is a cheat. Kuch bhi bakwaas bolta rahega but the truth is there- P is his wife. The woman who plotted to ruin their marriage by her own admission- she's there as his wife and V has shamelessly told Sai - how mahaan and sacrificing he thinks P is.
