Yes exactly. In original version although male lead had prejudices regarding women but he used to give her long stares . Suddenly he offers her ONS to test her as she asks for 1 crore rupees so he thinks she is the lead architect that's the reason she is trying to take advantage of her position while asking loan for such huge amount but he also becomes shocked when she accepts that ONS offer.

About today's episode - I loved Aarav and dadi's scenes❤️ that was sooo real...As a gift, he recites a prayer infront of his dadi( which I've done when I was a kid, proudly reciting shlokas infront of grandparents😆)

yes I have been wondering the same as well. why didn't she say that she needed the money for a relative if she was uncomfortable saying it was her son. she could have said nephew for example. even if you are only child, you could have tons of relatives that you can be close to. or she could have jsut opened up to jeetu bhai -- he came across as a very nice man who looked very understanding. he could have tried to help her out even though she was temporary.

it looks like she lied on her CV/application in order to get the job. her friend keeps telling her to keep the lie -- maybe she is afraid that her friend will also lose the job?

in real life, I have found that women's relationship status is a question for HR which is actually very unfair. one hiring manager had the nerve to tell me that hiring women is a waste of time because they get married, then get pregnant and go on 6-9 months of maternity leave and they still have to be paid. if you thought only men asked questions, even female HR execs ask you questions like, "are you single? why are you single? are your parents looking for a match?" etc etc. they would never ask such questions to a man but think it is okay to ask a strange lady they don't even know what is going on in her personal life. 🤢👎🏼

This has happened with me, in interview for two top banks in world after having 10+ years of experience from top tech companies... It's true, such mentality exists and women HR do ask such questions..

I replied back that I am certified interviewer in my current company and I know that it's illegal to ask such questions and I can sue them in court for asking me this question.

are you based in India? if so, please share how and why it is illegal to ask such personal questions -- so we all know for general knowledge purposes.

Yes..I am based in India...I can definitely share the rule. Any US based MNC are legally prohibited from asking you personal questions as your age, marital status, sexual preference, salary and so on.. infact even salary should be based on offered job profile and not past job. HR and hiring manager do ask salary but not marital status or age..we as interviewers are reminded in each training to not ask such questions.. every year we are forced to go through such training to reinforce this... being in tech I have always worked in US MNC and those two banks were also US based..so while I am employed in India the rules applicable are those of US..
