So the thing is, this rule was implemented abruptly and the manufacturers had huge stock of BS3 vehicles which they sold in heavy discount by 31/03/2017

So if it's bought in 2017, there still a chance it's a bs3 vehicle.

Rule was can't be sold after 01/04/2017
