A cut out is just no big deal. May be someone from either of the fanclubs have also included Karan's cutout. Ho sakta hai specifically kaha gaya ho, but still not a big deal. Baaki, aap ko jo samajhna hai samajh lo, shayad you know things better with greater exposure, acchi baat hai yeh bhi.

It's done by fans but funded by the production house/producers etc. to create hype. I am sure they have a say in this. The Telugu producers may be feeling grateful for KJo's involvement, so made his cutout as well as a token of respect.

Isliye to probably likha mai nahi to Aisa koi unknown ka cutout nahi lagta, heroes ka lagta hai kabhi kabhi Star directors aur actresses ka bhi hota hai

Yaar mereko honestly itna koi interest nahi hai iss baat pe debate karne ka, but as a member has stated here, kaha gaya hoga to also put his cut out or even as a token of respect, to flatter them.

Andhra / Telangana are very ahead in showering VIP treatment in general. Aap thode bahut kisi influential figure se connected bhi hoge toh VIP treatment milega, even if you are no great shakes, this stands true for both politics and films. Karan toh phir bhi thoda jaana maana naam hai.
