For those saying she’s near 50. So? 50 year olds can’t look good? Look at JLo. I know she got surgeries too but she looks amazing.

Aishwarya still has potential. She could easily do a web series or something. Everyone is working and trying their best to look good.

Ash isn't aging well or her stylist isn't doing justice to an aging woman.

I never cared too much for Ash, but in the past, she was always stunning. Lately, though something is off with the makeup and outfits. They seem to be accentuating her worst features. She needs to find a better stylist.

She is looking like Parveen Babi , sounding like her too

The pink gown which is wore in RC on 2nd day was decent. Rest all of her outfits were blah. Actually it has more to do with the makeup.

I think there are options in Bollywood now though, Madhuri's recent Netflix show is one. And to continue using Madhuri as an example of a woman in her 50s who was literally away from Bollywood raising her family, she's now active on social media, does TV shows and some movies. She's updated her dressing style, appears at social events and not just contractual ones, she's had facial work done obviously but overall she looks very happy with her life and work. Now contrast that with Aishwarya and she just seems so listless and has the same tired expression. And no drive for anything. Its fine to slow down in her career if she feels she's accomplished what she needed but she just doesn't look happy.
