Rest in Peace, Sir.

Loved his work as an actor in Kaminey, 2 States, Hichki, Tu Hai Mera Sunday and Meenakshi Sundareshwar.

He was also the screenwriter of many films including Parinda, 1942 A Love Story, Is Raat Ki Subah Nahi, Chameli and Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi to name a few.

I liked his work in Muktibandhan. It was loosely based on life of Dhirubhai Ambani.

RIP. Really shocking to know that his 16 year old son also passed away 2 months ago of a brain tumour 😭His wife is a theatre actor, have seen her in plays at Prithvi Theatre.
