The note stated that with deep sorrow, they inform everyone that Mrs. Pravina Deshpande left for her heavenly abode on February 17, 2026. The announcement has left colleagues, co actors and fans remembering her decades long contribution to Indian entertainment.
Cremation Details And Family Presence

Family members including Aniruddha Deshpande, Abhimanyu Deshpande, Ruchira Deshpande and Veer Deshpande will be present to pay their final respects.
Soon after the news broke, the Cine & TV Artistes' Association also shared its condolences on X, expressing grief over her demise and noting that she had been a member since 2008. The message reflected the industry’s respect for her long standing association with film and television.
