Running on a treadmill is effective. 30/40/50/60 minutes
Taking walks out side
Weight lifting is also good
Eat whatever you(well not whatever but dont really restrict food) Just drop soda and pick up water.
Between April 2016- July 2016 I lost some 36 pounds this way.
I did gain it back but hey im not any more out of shape than I was in 2016 😆
