How do you lose weight quickly and efficiently? ESPECIALLY if you are a foodie like me and hate exercising. Over the last 3 years, I gained a lot of weight but I now want to return to my slim and trim days. However, I am not getting the motivation.

What advice would you give me, CONSIDERING the fact that I'm the last person to hit the gym. I'm just too lazy.

Looking forward to some practical tips from the health freaks out there.

If discipline and self motivation is the barrier, listen to hypnosis videos that tell you to exercise and lose weight. If your conscious mind is your enemy, then your subconscious is your friend

First start with Intermittent fasting. Time controlling your food intake is one of the best and easiest ways to embark upon a journey towards good health! Tons of videos on the YT about this, I found Dr.Berg to be having some really good info on his cannel. Good luck!

BTW, good body and good health is a resultant of 90% food and only 10% exercise. Just so that you know where to put most of your efforts into!

Huponosis, huh. Thanks for giving us the heads up. We wouldn't have been able to tell you're tipsy.

Foodie

Hate Exercising

You have to change one of these two. Either eat less or work out more .... take your pick, whichever is easier for you to stick to cuz consistency is what pays off in the long run.

I personally prefer to train with weights because it increases your metabolism too and you body burns energy long after you leave the gym. andddd i can be a foodie every now and then and not worry a thing about it.

Whats the reason for you wanting to return back to shape?

Eat as much as you want, whatever you want. Health is overrated.
