it says he's going to refuse malini in the epi description. As it is, I really don't think Aru cares to destroy people (read: Adi) in the most typical of senses. He's not a male vamp. He seems fine with creating obstacles that bruise Adi's ego and tests his stubbornness. I feel the circumstance Aryan wants to create is: If Adi can't handle the heat - then the kitchen door is open.

Also, based off of this, it's kinda wonky to f i n a l l y get rid of Malini just to get Imlie back in the house. This action makes me wonder if Adi is actually telling Malini to leave T house purely bc he can't handle anyone else nurturing Birdie or her having a strong male presence other than himself and Satyakam; and not that he truly deeply feels like he trusts Imlie. 🤔

This also leads me to think, what difference does it make if Malini's body is in the house or not? Her pervasive presence is now deeply infused in Adi's brain. He's picked her whether she was wrong, right, or blurred -- and he couldn't provide that same blind faith to Imlie even when she's always been right (even if a bit mischievous or immature).

Aditya is writing a poem for Imlie's return even though Malini still be in his house.

Those two statements side by side make me feel like I am playing 1 truth 1 lie. Guess which statement has no place in reality? 😂

That promo though. Honestly I wasn't holding out much hope for a rain scene and kind of guessed that it belongs more to Imlie than to Arylie. But damn, does it look promising in terms of raw emotion.

I'll take the two of them screaming at each other in the rain.

I remember IPKKND days (I don’t think I know Gul's other works) so I feel like she’ll utilize her prototypical male character (ASR types) to her show’s advantage. Sikand seems like he plays the short game and let’s the plot burn to ashes

@Bold - Exactly! I tend to catch up with precaps during the week and watch the show during the weekend. Mandar's baba's OTT attitude was annoying enough and then they went and introduced Sunny - obnoxious as hell and then winning all the time. I found him grating. But then I still watched for a while and then came Mandar and I didn't find my interest hold anymore. I stopped watching before his entry but the precaps each day were sufficient to give me a view of what a dragfest it had become first with Mandar + Sunny and then with Esha + Sunny. The problem was that Raghav was given this strong persona and then they made a fool out of him with chindi characters and tracks. The problem with itv is that they go ahead and introduce grand characters who are supposed to be know-it-alls but when it comes to creating foes for them, we get any chalta firta aeyra gyra who comes and ends up making a fool of the grand character.

I don't know what's with Sikand. KHKT had also started so beautifully, then it became a dragfest after their marriage with the whole finding Pooja's real mom track and then they eventually ended the show using the very same clichés and nonsense that they were mocking at the beginning of the show. It's like Sikand himself loses interests after the few initial months and let's the story down the drain.

Coming to ASR, yeah, the hope is that she'll play to her strengths. Let's hope we don't end up being made fools. But the symbolism has always been strong so far.

Honestly I'm looking forward to it. Let Aditya think Imlie and Aryan are a thing. Let him see a really compromising position. I want to see it too 💕😏

Aru caught himself real quick when his mom asked him where Imlie is .. shut down that open concern in an instant

I also really like that he didn’t even tell Imlie that Malini had visited. One, it proves just how insignificant Malini is to him but also how considerate he is of Imlie’s feelings. He’s aware of aspects of the situation now (& while I would’ve said “omitting info isn’t protecting another person” and in iTV it usually yields folly in any other track/plot) - I’m glad he didn’t burden Imlie with her extra baggage

let’s hope we get some form of a rain sequence
