I know, I can see that happening on this forum and on twitter 😆 some people are trying really hard to spread hate about the trailer, and it’s certain fandoms that are doing it, but that’s not going to effect the overwhelming positive response that the trailer has gotten

Kapil Dev, while not good looking by any standard, had a certain aura and a larger than life personality. Ranveer looks like a poor caricature, especially those teeth. Almost a spoof.

Deepika & Ammy Virk stood out among the supporting cast. Could've been better.

IF has a love/hate relationship with Ranveer. Can’t help talking about him and benchmarking him against every actor and their granny, but most refuse to acknowledge him as an actor either because they hate DP or can’t stand his over the top persona. So never expect an unbiased opinion in here.

Same question. RS has done so well to get the bowling action and batting stance correct to make it even better even caught Kapil's accent. He has done his part to get into the skin of the character. They way he speaks is just how Kapil speaks, listen to his interviews and you can see it for yourself. RS portrayed the character in all seriousness and honesty.
